    Equipment:

Gauntlets: The first of Vitales primary weapons are a rather plain pair of steel gauntlets. These aren't what most would actually call gauntlets and are more akin to bracers. These gauntlets only cover Vitale from his elbow to his knuckle and only on the backside of his arm. Attached to the underside of the gauntlets is a finger-less leather glove with adjustable straps to keep everything in it's proper place. These gauntlets can be used both offensively and defensively though their defensive capabilities are somewhat lacking compared to a normal pair of gauntlets.

Greaves: Attached to the front of his leather boots are a pair of simple steel greaves that cover from just below his knee all the way down to his foot. While not that great for defense, they do amplify the power of Vitales kicks.

Falcata: While he doesn't draw his sword very often he does keep a steel falcata sheathed on his left hip. He mainly uses it for utility purposes such as clearing a path in forest, or cutting cloth, rope, and other such things.

    Appearance:

Vitale stands at six foot, nine inches tall with a lean build for one of his height which is only natural for a Twili, his lean build keeping his weight at down to only one hundred and forty or so pounds. The Twili has long bluish silver hair that he keeps parted away from his face leaving his unique colored eyes visible to all. Where most beings in Hyrule have white around their iris Vitale has black surrounding his red eyes. He has a small tribal tattoo just above his cheek bones below each of his eyes. Each of his ears have been pierced twice and he wears two small earrings in each of his ears that have a small jade stone hanging from silver. His skin was a light shade of grey-ish purple when living in the Twilight Realm but after being transferred to Hyrule his Dark Affinity turned his skin into a deep shade of grey with a slightly purple tint to it, sharpened his teeth, caused his veins to bulge, and changed his eye color to an almost glowing red. He wears traditional clothing from the Twilight Realm, with intricate, almost glowing, teal patterns upon them.

    Personality:

Before his sudden appearance in Hyrule Vitale was a kind, and gentle man. Never one to resort to violence to handle any sort of problem. He was a pacifist, and it was what his wife Orania loved about him. Since being torn away from not only his wife, but his home and his entire life Vitale has changed. He's become bitter and angry. He lashes out at those that anger him and doesn't hesitate to injure or even kill those that anger him.

Vitale hasn't given into his new personality traits though. He still tries his hardest to fight against these new and unfamiliar urges to lash out against others. Every time he fails to do so he finds it harder not to the next time. He feels like he is caught in a downward spiral and losing himself in it. Once he fails not to lash out its like a switch gets flipped and his calm and cool demeanor just vanish instead replaced by a violent sociopath that doesn't care for anyone other than himself. Waking up with the memories of what he did after losing his temper and covered in blood disgusts the Twili and further reinforces his desire to fight the urges, but it has become more and more difficult and his episodes seem to last longer and longer.

Over time Vitale has succumbed to his dark affinity, fully embracing his new nature. His temper is terrifying, but he hasn't lost his common sense and can still control himself when needed. Though he has been known to beat people to death for looking at him the wrong way, or at least what he considered the wrong way.

    Background:

Vitale wasn't anything special in the Twilight Realm. He was skilled both physically and magically, but he preferred to resolve things peacefully. He absolutely refused to fight or injure anyone. It was his kindness that won him the heart of his wife Orania. The two of the lived together happily and peacefully for seven years. There were never any problems that Vitale couldn't handle and resolve peacefully in their small city. The two of them would probably have lived happily like until they were old and gray(er). Though fate, or something else just as malicious had something else in mind for Vitale.

One day a mysterious power ripped Vitale from his home in the Twilight Realm and threw him into the land of Hyrule. He was dropped in the woods nearby the city of Nabooru in the middle of the night. During his 'trip' something inside of him changed. He couldn't explain it. He was feeling a sensation that he had never before felt. He was angry. No he was down right pissed off! He had no idea where he was, but more importantly he had no idea if he would ever see his wife again. Maybe it was the fact that he was so close to Death Mountain where you could still feel remnants of Ganon's evil that affected him? He didn't know, how could he? He had no idea who Ganon was, nor how evil of a beast he was. Only one thing was clear to him. He wanted, nay he needed, to return home.

It has been three years since he arrived in Hyrule. He has grown accustomed to this world, and has made sure to familiarize himself with the recent history of this world. He often finds himself getting chased out of buildings and even entire towns at times due to his newfound temper. He still isn't sure what has caused him to become so easily agitated, nor where his new spells came from. All he knows for sure is that each time he gives in to his new temper it becomes harder to resist the next time and each time he gives in it takes longer for him to return to himself.

Recently Vitale has found himself going days at a time in that other state, often using his fists to make a few extra rupees. Be it for something small and petty, such as beating someone up for the right price, or in melee tournaments for slightly higher prizes. He still doesn't know what is going on in his own head and he doesn't like it. He wakes up covered in blood with a bag full of rupees and hates himself, and yet he still can't seem to always resist these urges to be violent anymore.

He has been approached a number of times by adventures asking him if he was the Twili brawler they had heard so much about. The one that has no remorse for anyone or anything that stands in his way of making money. Some have even said that they have heard he seems to enjoy beating his opponents to death with his bare hands. It all makes him sick to think that he has become everything that he despised in the Twilight Realm.

He has no time to waste on trying to figure out what is happening with his mind. He has come to the conclusion that its this place, this Hyrule that has changed him so. That the violence is so widespread here that it just finds a way to infect everyone like a disease. With that thought in mind he has made up his mind that his only goal to focus on is returning home. He is certain that once he is back in the arms of his wife in their home that he will be fine. That he will be back to his old self and that his temper will vanish like nothing more than a bad dream. The only issue is that Vitale hasn't the faintest idea of how to return to his home nor has he found any kind of clue to point him in the right direction. Currently he has instead started to search for other Twili that have been ripped from their home just like he has. He is hoping that they have been here longer than he has and that maybe they have found something that he hasn't. That they have some sort of clue, or idea, or a lead on a potential pathway home.

This character sheet is quite bare bones now, especially the appearance and personality sections. You took Dark Affinity as a treasure, but the 'disfigurement' from it feels very tame for what the effect of it should be. The disfigurement can be either mental, physical, or both, but it is hideous, ordinary people will feel wrongness from your character at a mere glance, Twili and Hylian alike. Remember, it's a major treasure that increases a lot of things, but it comes at a terrible price. The effect of it on your character should reflect that.

I'd like to see an expansion on what the Dark Affinity does to him, both mentally and physically. How does he feel about this anger, as it's quite the opposite from how he was? Does he even feel or realise he's changed? What has he done to try and return home, what is he planning to do in the future? Why did he become a brawler? Try to expand more on the 'why' of this character's reasoning and being, what happened to him and how does it affect him, etc.

And one (small) last thing, the way it's written now it sounds like Vitale got married at 15?

And another, very last thing: Vitale gets tendrils of darkness at 25 rupees.

So I expanded upon his appearance, personality, and background some Squishy.

As for Dark Affinity it says it alters them physically or mentally on the page not both and I chose to go with the mental aspect. Back when I was originally making this sheet before I had the license I had checked with Guy about making the mental transformation something that he fights against instead of it just being like a switch was flipped making him a whole new person all at one time. So he's a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde kind of character. Or maybe closer to Bruce Banner and the Hulk.

I aged him a few years, forgot to do that when I added the part about having been in Hyrule for 3 years. I was often working on the profile early in the morning.

Tendrils is Courage based, not Wisdom or Power. Vitale only has a base 1 in Courage, boosted to 2 by Heart of Darkness for picking up Tendrils. So it would be the 35r not the 25.

Alright, well done! Just keep in mind that when he goes hulk, it is absolutely uncontrollable~

Math does check out, I confused lower and lowest cost tiers. Oops.

Anyway! With this, Vitale is approved.

I'll keep that in mind. In time his personality will change fully to where he is just a violent sociopath all the time. In control but doesn't fight the urge to just beat someone for even the smallest slight.

Ah. I was thinking you had seen wisdom or something for Tendrils to get the 25r. No problem.

    Yeet!
