So basically this just shoots out a jet of pressurized water (not enough to cut through metal armor, but still enough to be relatively dangerous against lightly-armored (i.e., cloth) foes). Thoughts?
So the geyser spell in item form? I don't see why not. Wouldn't be the first spell that has an item or technique that does the same thing just based on a different aspect of PWC
