The user cups their hands down by their hip for at least five seconds, energy gathering between their palms during this time. Once the energy is gathered the user thrusts their arms forward while opening their hands to unleash a strong blast of pure energy that travels for about 30 before dissipating. Augments: Volley, instead of one strong beam, the user is able to rapidly fire off small orbs of energy, each with about half the power of a bomb. Concentrated: The user is able to focus the energy beam into a faster beam with more piercing power and the same amount of power. Ease of use?: can fire the beams from their mouth/eyes instead of only from their hand. (Base technique Kamehameha/Cero, Volley - Hellzone Grenade/Bala/Rapid Energy Volley, Concentrated - Deathbeam) This is a major treasure.
While there are a few different types of beams and spells, this type of physical energy beam would be a good option for unarmed or fist fighting style characters. Even just to increase their range in a tough fight. This kind of treasure works as "major" for me because those characters will have a lot of lesser options to exhaust before needing to use this. There's a number of other ways you can augment this too, besides what you listed. Somewhat unrelated to this there's also not really anything in the way of Guardian Beams or devices to use those types of attacks yet in the library, I'm not in a hurry to suggest those because those beams in BotW are generated by large machines like the Guardians and Divine Beasts and that implies a smaller device wouldn't have the same effect. (Edit) Looking at the forums it looks like clooby suggested something very similar in his Energy Wave thread. I think the best course of action would be to combine these ideas if we implement it as a treasure.
It looks as if it was already made into a treasure as well. Power Wave. So perhaps just add the augments to it.
