Ni'Ran idly felt up and down both his arms, even though they didn't hurt at all. It seemed he was undamaged, other than the loss of his pinions. Still, that could not have happened in a worse place and time. City in the Sky was not easy to navigate without a means to move apart from the ground. Hylians could probably make do with a clawshot-like item, but Ni'Ran had never bothered getting one because heck, he could FLY. Except he couldn't.

Using the launch of the Shuttle Loop to get up to where Cripply and Grumpy Boy were, Ni'Ran confirmed that at least he could still cross sizeable distances as long as he had ground to kick off against. He considered testing out his Gale Aura, but decided against it considering how close the other two Rito were. They wouldn't be too happy with it.

Turbines... lovely. And they looked to be big and powerful enough to even send him soaring, even without his wings to help him glide... he sighed. Who was he fooling? He needed Alice. And quickly. Being wingless was a beyond deadly handicap in this place.

Cy'stavio found himself in this room with tons of fans coming from the walls. The wind produced was easily enough to blow a normal person off their feet.  Good thing Cy had the ability to just fly to the other side of the room.

Cripple and Groundbound were still deadset on following though, so when the criminal landed, he turned back. They could be useful for distracting any creatures in here that would otherwise try to munch him.

"Alright guys, if you guys promise not to fuck around, you can come." He noticed the gem on the back of a pillar for hitting, so he flew next to it, kicking the thing so the fans would turn off. "See? I'm even being a gent and not making you find your own way across. Now let's go." He probably seemed suspicious, but whatever, he didn't care.

Cripply stared almost blankly at the one everyone was calling Grumpy, sure he had hit a switch that turned of the fans; well a fan, but to one who couldn't fly and another who was severely injured, that only meant falling to death twice instead of thrice. They still needed a way across, and Kalik had an answer.

He tied a rope around his ankle and the other end around a pillar in the room, then turned his scab-ridden arms into bleeding wings and ran (ran being a relative term) into the wind. The force pressed the feathers further into his wounds, the feeling was like that of salt instead, and feathers flew from the body, sending many throughout the room. He did take off however, and with enough momentum to glide to Grumpy. Kalik then simply untied his ankle and retied the rope around a post, allowing Ni'Ran to pass over.

But the stunt took it's toll, Kalik became dizzy and nauseous, vomiting on the stone floor. As he tried to steady himself against a wall, the Rito even passed out.

Grumpy Boy didn't get it did he. Fortunately Cripply was a bit wiser. He left a tightly spanned rope for Ni'Ran to hold on to, something he could use to push against the fans. This, combined with him being slightly heavier than a normal Rito, and his Gale Aura diverting part of the turbine winds, made it possible for him to cross the bridge.

Once he reached the others, he pretended to be tired, which was not entirely untruthful considering the Gale Aura was a pain to keep up. "Can't we just run into some monster? You know, something I can handle with my sword?" These puzzles were not his thing whatsoever. He was a swordsman, not a scholar... maybe his brother would have been able to solve puzzles and difficult situations, but not Ni'Ran.

Cy’stavio walked into the next room chuckling. More turbines and jumps. “You’re in luck. More shit you hate.” He took a few step toward the turbines blowing down and looked over the edge. “Yup. No floor down there. Well, at least we all have… Oh wait.” The sarcasm stung through the air and when Cy’stavio grew his wings and flew around the turbines, he saw something peek up from a tile in the distance.

Those must be the weird tile worms… Oh well, simple eno- “Woah!” His thoughts were interrupted when he stepped down on he platform, a tile worm springing him back up and making him tumble to the ground. Luckily he didn’t go alone, as he activated gale aura, sending the tile worm skittering off the edge. Managing to spread his wings out, he had slight grace in his landing, though he was now more cautious. “Guys, watch out for the tile worm things. They’ll flip your ass like nothing.”

When he reached the other side, Grumpy immediately went on further, so Ni'Ran sighed, crouched and took Cripply on his back, carrying him into the next room. He did it effortlessly, due to Cripply being so light and he so strong.

In the next room, Grumpy started flying off when Ni'Ran noticed movement in front of him. "You know Grumpy, I kinda suggest you be a little watchful of the-" he paused when the younger Rito was sent tumbling back down by the monster, "-Tile Worms." He shook his head, but smiling, clearly amused by Grumpy's predicament, and carefully lowered Cripply to the ground.

He then drew his sword and walked forward, seeing a Tile Worm Cy'Stavio had avoided by flying. He waited for it to peek up, and then activated his Gale Aura. This pulled the thing out of the ground so violently it flew through the air and landed right in front of the Rito. Ni'Ran only needed stab into it with his sword to be finished with it.

He did still need a way to get past the gosh darn turbines though.

Cy’stavio looked back annoyedly. He could just zoom right on ahead and deal with everything himself, but as he’d planned out before, he needed these two idiots for canon fodder. Walking back, he pointed at the Rito christened Cripply and then pointed down. “Drop him, I’m going to wake him up. Can’t have this idiot slowing us down, and I doubt you’ll let me drop him into those pits.” When he complied, the Rito rested his foot on Kalik’s head before kicking gently.

“Oi, wake up, cripple.” Cy’stavio remembered that water made people wake up quicker, so he gathered up a bit of spit in his mouth, then let it dribble onto Cripply’s face. The kicking then resumed.
