Benkei stands a eight foot eleven inches tall and weights three hundred seventy nine pounds of pure muscle. He wears heavy plate mail armor that leaves only his glowing red eyes visible. While out of his armor you can see his fur and notice that it is a very dark shade of brown that appears almost black. He has a runic marking on both the top of his helmet and the cloth hanging from his waistband. This marking is the symbol of the sorcerer that summoned him showing that he is not a Ganon aligned Darknut.

Personality:

Benkei is an extremely stoic figure choosing only to speak when it really matters. He cares not for what is going on in the world and is only concerned with what he is going to do with his own life. After the death of his master, Benkei set off to discover his own purpose. During his travels he came to realize that he was very skilled at the upkeep and repair of his weapon and decided to set up shop as a traveling weaponsmith.

Background:

Benkei was summoned by a sorcerer who wanted someone around to protect him. The summon went well, but the sorcerer hadn't truly been strong enough to complete it with his magic alone and had unknowingly shortened his own life in return for creating a new life. The two of them traveled together for a total of two years before the sorcerer died of natural causes.

With the death of his master Benkei set out on his own. His mission had been completed and he was now free to live his life however he wanted. The problem was he had not given any thought to what he would do once his mission was completed. He could not have planned on his lifes mission being finished in a meager two years time.

So Benkei did the only thing he could think to do. Travel. Just keep moving. If he did that he would eventually figure something out. Right? During his travels he would often find himself stopping to tend to his weapon after a fight. That was when he finally noticed that there were no signs of wear and tear on his weapon. It seems like he had an affinity for weapons.

It was then that he decided that he would become a weaponsmith. Slowly he acquired all he needed for the job and found that he was indeed skilled at not only tending to weapons, but at making them as well. He didn't like sitting in one spot though. He would stuff all of his crafting needs into his adventure pouch and set off as a travelling weaponsmith from that day on. It may prevent him from having a large clientbase, but one day his name would be legend for those lucky enough to come across him.
