    Equipment:
-Pitkähuilu: A rather unique type of flute that is played simply with the use of varying breath and and the finger that covers and uncovers the end hole. It is a rather simple instrument to play, though its range is limited to higher notes. It is small enough that she could easily put it in her bag or hide it within her clothes.

-Kantele: A peculiar string instrument. The one Anya owns contains 38 strings. Due to the way it is played and how large it is, it can only be played either on her lap or if it were on a stand. She is less likely to carry this instrument around, making full use of the Summon Instrument spell.

-Wooden rod: About the length of Anya's forearm. It's painted white, save for the top which creaes a cone, holding a pearl at the mouth. Though it looks interesting, it contains no magical properties, though Anya uses it to assist her magic.

-Fox locket pendant: A pendant that, on one side, has the outline of a fox carved into the silver, while on the other there is a small piece of amethyst set into the center which can be pushed up to reveal keyhole. The only enchantment on it is one that keeps it from damage or wear, an enchantment which will only last until she's died or it leaves her possession for an extended period of time. All female members of the Lehtinen family receive a pendant like this one, the only variation being the carving. Her mother's instead has a swan carved, and her sister's a raven.

    Pet:
Koda: Anya's mare. Whiter and brighter than even Anya. Standing, the two of them are the same height. The horse originally stayed in the military's stables until one was built at Anya's home where her father's retired horse remained as well. She is very loyal to Anya, especially with the time Anya had put into taking care for her. Anya had particularly stressed training that Koda would not fear water, particularly when casting the water-walking spell on her, and also so Koda knew not to run into the deep water without her.

Ulrikki: Not really Anya's, but her father's horse. A greyish brown pinto stallion. It stays in a stall right next to Koda. It dwarfs Koda by an entire head taller. Even now, Anya cannot hope to attempt to successfully climb Ulrikki without help for how tall it is. It is very gentle, given the title of Koda's uncle.

    Appearance:
At first look, Anya definitely looks the part of a noble. A second glance wouldn't change much. Anya has rather fair skin, just barely off white. Oddly, despite the time she spends outdoors, her skin never seems to tan or burn. Her chest yet has no form- completely flat. Not yet fully grown, she weighs about 54kg and stands at 158cm. She has a thin, though not "skinny" form. Her silvery-grey hair, which somehow emphasizes her youth, barely reaches her neck. She rarely ever lets it grow past her shoulders. During the daytime, she'd practically be a beacon. The clothes she wears around Castle Town, however, tend to tone down this peculiarity. It is generally layers of thin clothing of various colours. She makes a point to dress modestly, never wearing clothes that stop above the knees. She's capable of wearing high-heels, and did so in the past, but now prefers only to wear level shoes for the sake of mobility. She also has a specific light desaturated-lavender beret which she is rarely ever seen not wearing. The fashion of her clothes is usually decided with this beret in mind.

    Personality:
Anya walks, speaks, and performs in every way with a rigid courtly proper etiquitte. Though she gets along fine with the common population of Castle Town, she stands out rather easily. A person who disdains nobility and/or royalty will most likely be so toward her. She's like this because she's afraid of breaking away from formalities and offending anyone. Anya is also very recessive. Watching her closely, one may realise that she tries very hard to make herself pleasent to be around. As a result, even the slightest show of aggression toward Anya may cause her to flee- whether it is actually running or quickly excusing herself. Her delicate flower act causes her to be hesitant about doing anything that may get her hands, and especially her clothes, dirty. Once she starts, however, she is able to keep going without any further hesitation.

    Background:
Anya is a resident of Castle Town. She comes from a noble family named Lehtinen. Her home is one of the many isolated noble homes in the North-Eastern district of Castle Town. Though there are currently only four residents, there is plenty of room for more. They lack any maids or the necessity currently. She has one older sister who is now married and proud owner of Lehtinen Fine Textiles & Fabrics. It can be found both as a shop that exists within the north-western Residential District of Castle Town and a simple stall along the Merchant District. Their mother tends to the stall where the populace can watch her stitching on-site while her sister does for the shop. Though it had more prestige in the distant past, her family had lost much of their popularity, especially with more recent events. Despite this, their family had more than enough funds to last a few more generations yet. This led to Anya having a few more opportunities than most commoners would. Her mother was an illustrious seamstress. Her elder sister, whose designs and stitching skills were nearly as great as their mother's, practiced under her tutilage. Her father, who was part of Castle Town's militia, was rarely ever home. Because of this, Anya was generally alone.

Not that Anya was hurt by this. She understood the reason for their lack of attention, and bore no ill will toward them. Often left to her own devices, Anya often tried to find things to do. Though she had some level of aptitude, Anya had no desire to learn to be a seamstress.

The lack of attention Anya got gave her plenty of time to wander about Castle Town. She made plenty of friends, all of which would be considered commoners of castle town. The Pitkähuilu instrument which she always carries was an instrument she'd gotten while learning the very basics of reading, writing, and playing music. She later bought the more complex instrument Kantele, which she is less often seen carrying. Should she play for any sort of formal event such as a recital, this is the instrument she'd use. She continues to play both instruments. One of her dear memories are when she played the kantele at her elder sister's wedding.

Perhaps out of curiosity, Anya had also gotten into the study of magic. It was near the time that she'd also started playing music. At first, it was something she'd practice whenever her fingers or cheeks were sore from playing. Her mother encouraged Anya's desire to learn, and willingly paid any admission fees. She'd gotten past the soreness long ago, but she still continued her magic studies with great earnest. During her studies of magic, she found that she had a particular affinity for water- though she had little talent for other types of magic.

She studied her magic as diligently as her music. During her continued studies, her father was retired from the hylian army early due to battle injuries. Her father, rather combatant at the thought of retirement, was rather sour about being so inactive. Even though he was retired from the front lines, he practiced swordplay as if he were still in the army. He'd healed completely from his injuries, aside from the constant soreness of his shoulder which impacted his ability to swing a blade. He swore that, if war were to break out, he'd rejoin the army in a heartbeat. Anya, hurt by her father's bitterness and afraid of the thought of him returning to the army like this, also swore silently that she would train herself harder and join the army in her father's place. And she did. She joined as one of the hylian army's sorcerers. Her parents were indeed shocked by the decision, and even tried to convince her not to join the army. Because of this and the fact that she was only fifteen years when she volunteered herself, court officials put her in a special position named "Water Maiden." The name itself was more or less meant to just sound important, dedicated to her savant-like aptitude for water magic to be a bit more convincing. It meant that she would only be called on should Castle Town's army became truly desparate. Against her original intentions, this only strengthened her father's resolve to rejoin hyrule's military.

The fact remained that she was in the army. Her magic studies had by far shifted to focus on combat-based magic theory. Her skill with only Geyser as her offensive magic would show for that fact. She also had to learn to ride a horse. She practiced on her father's (insanely tall) horse at first, but eventually she got her own horse which she'd grown attached to. This also meant that Anya would soon have to explore for herself the regions outside of town to have real world experience.

Since she technically does not yet fight in the army, Anya still had free time, thouch considerably less than before, which she dedicated to practicing her music skill. Being part of the hylian military's mages gave her library access to places she didn't before. It was here she'd encountered the Song of Storms. Perhaps most military members weren't musicians to have not encountered it. She actually played it, and was surprised to see it work. Though she took care to not abuse the song, she tried to study it closely. It sparked in her a new goal of combining her magic with her music.

    Extra stuff:
Anya's father: Henrik Lehtinen. A retired hyrulean soldier. His skin is slightly darker than Anya's. His hair was originally black, though now it is starting to turn grey. He loves telling stories of his exploits. Sharing stories over a cup of tea is one of his favourite pass times. Doing so, however, may leave you cursed to spend the rest of your days listening to his stories as you drink away all the tea supply- as in the entire nation's tea supply.

Anya's mother: Sumia Lehtinen. She has the same light skin and silvery hair. Anya's appearance definitely comes from her. She has a motherly kindness that could make other children wish she were their mother. Unlike her husband, she has no wrinkles nor any signs of her aging.

Anya's sister: Helvi Lehtinen-Nolan. Her dark hair and height come from her father. While she can be impulsive and loud, she also has the capacity to be plenty patient, which is especially helpful when she's the head of the shop.

Helvi's husband: Ricken Nolan. He's a Hylian with far darker skin than any of them. Unlike the usual, Ricken moved in to the Lehtinen home with his wife. He can be rather gloatish and rude, though he does have his nice moments. Anya often feels that she's still getting used to him, though he's been around for at least three years.

Meant to grade this earlier, but I had work today X_X

Character-wise, I think this checks out. Her backstory's fine, and I really like the detail you put into Anya's family, mounts, and instruments. Unless a mod wants to veto it, you're good to go on that front.

There is, however, one minor math error that must be resolved before I can formally approve this. If I'm not mistaken, Geyser is a Low cost treasure, and would be reduced to Lower cost with Anya's specialty, for a final cost of 20 rupees, not 10. Therefore, you wouldn't be able to afford the Angled augment to start with. If you fix this, I see no reason why this profile couldn't go through.

And on a side note, welcome to HC! Always good to see new folks around. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here.

EDIT: Issue has been resolved. Approved. An actual mod will have to move the thread into the Accepted Characters section, but you're cleared to RP. Happy hunting!
