hey so I've got this idea for Julius where he's basically tone deaf and cannot play instruments at all. every attempt comes out as Dissonance, which, while hilarious, is actually pretty dangerous (think about Nero allegedly playing the violin while Rome burned). anyways, that's my idea-- anyone is welcome to participate.
