    Name: Zajora Arcanum

Age: 29 or 8 depending on how you look at it...

    Gender: Male

    Race: Northern Hylian

Place of Origin: Hyrule Castle Town - Residential or Noble District depending on what you base 'origin' off of. Same PWC stats so no real conflict rule-wise though.

PWC: Racial Base: 1/2/1, adding 0/3/1 using 4 PWC (using the automatic Regular status of staffers as said in the post) to make it: Power: 1, Wisdom: 5, Courage: 2 1/5/2

    Treasures:
Start with 100 rupees + 50 [Rupee Riches Ability, can't spend during creation] + 100 [For Wisdom treasures.] + 50 [Magical Proficiency Ability - For wisdom based treasures.]
Roc's Cape (A long flowing cape that Zajora never seems to take off and was actually a piece of equipment he made himself after his accident. It features strange runic symbols and a fine yet very durable material. He never takes it off in front of others and is nearly never seen without it, and even then it's usually tucked in where it can't be seen.) 100 rupees

Din's Burst (Fireball spell that explodes at a point about 60 ft. away or less. 30 rupees from additional wisdom rupees)

Farore's Wind (Set a point and then later be able to teleport to it. 40 rupees. Look on a stalfos face when you disappear: priceless.)

Nayru's Affection (swipe hand to create a magical blue shield in it's wake that shatters a moment later. 30 rupees.)

Fire (Shoots a fireball, Similar in function to Din's Burst, but is more accessible and can be used in a shorter range since it doesn't explode afterwards. 33 Rupees)

Feather Fall (Slows my descent and any others in my range of vision I choose to help to a fourth of its current velocity. 15 Rupees)

Leftover Rupees: 53 (3 of which are the wisdom-based rupees and vanish, leaving 50.)

Height: 3'5" (3 Feet, 5 Inches, or about 1.04 meters for you silly metric people)

Weight: 50 lbs. or so. Possibly a little less.

Equipment: He carries very little besides a concealed dagger that he barely knows how to use.

    Appearance:
Short for his age or extremely short for his age depending on how you look at it. His hair is black, and he looks like an innocent, inquisitive child. His face is as one trying to fake innocence, but coupled with his cute exterior he pulls it off nicely except for the very discerning individuals.

He tends to wear a long flowing cape with strange symbols on it that flows lithely and seems very expensive and fragile. Despite this it never seems to ever become dirty or tear even after battle situations. Those that travel with him often may find this very odd since he never seems to clean it and also the way he never takes it off in front of others, even while sleeping. He also wears an outfit that functions as a light jacket and has a hood.

Residence: He has a room with a noble family. He's very scarcely there but has since been able to explain away his extremely long absences with secret training with a master and tales of missions for the other nobility. He is welcomed here and it is a fairly lavish place he likes to rest in, but he hates the stifling feeling that accompanies it along with the rules and orders.

Backstory: Zajora was once Zajora Cotour, a middle-class family of merchants that he loved and was cherished. Later on his magical proficiency became apparent in a rather destructive way. At the same time they had fallen on hard times and began losing all their savings and money rapidly. After a year or two of the situation declining, they finally sent Zajora off to train at an elite magical school who instead of charging their regular exorbitant fee actually paid a hefty sum to Zajora's family so they would give him up to them. They had tried to recruit him before and increased their efforts to do so, even offering a free tuition. Eventually when their financial struggles grew greater and Zajora's magical talent grew even more as his control lessened, they had no choice but to offer their son to the school for training.

Zajora agreed with his parents and willingly went at a young age. He felt a little betrayed, but knew that it was the only way to solve their problems and was also eager to learn more. Once at the school for mages he began excelling past his peers and grew quite the reputation. This continued for many years and he grew more and more powerful, until he finally graduated years earlier than any had expected him to. His determination and raw talent won him a spot near the top of the magical community. He spent much time studying the three goddesses, seeing their presence in all the things around him.

In time he made a theory that elements and creations were not solely made of the three seperate attributes and their respective goddesses, but all carried aspects of all three attributes of Power, Courage, and Wisdom. While many had much more of one than the other, for example life would always have more of Wisdom than more inorganic things such as rocks or dirt since they were created after from it, but they still shared Power and Courage as well. He began to master spells with affinities of all three, to the amazement of his peers.

Then the accident happened. He was examining an ancient manuscript that mentioned much about the workings of time and even referred to the Goddesses as the 'Maidens of Time'. After much research and experimentation he managed to create a spell he believed would transport objects through time itself. On a controlled experiment to bring a potted plant into bloom in what would seem to the outside world a matter of moments, something went horribly wrong. He had not shared his experiments or research with his colleagues, and the only record was in a notebook he kept on him at all times. He began the spell, but something went wrong. The potted plant began to slowly grow, then three successive flashes blinded him, one red, one blue, one green. The potted plant rapidly shrunk back, as if going in extreme reverse and became a seed, then shriveled into nothingness.

Zajora himself suddenly felt struck, and lost consciousness, the last thing he remembered was a feeling of disappointment and anguish as he himself contorted and shrunk, his notebook unwriting itself and finally falling down to the ground, the segments on time completely erased. It was as if the Goddesses sensed his meddling with Time and put a stop to it before it would become widespread, and punished him for touching things which should have been left alone.

As he awoke he found himself in clothes far too big for him and no memory of who he was or what he was doing. After wandering aimlessly out of the tower and into the streets he was found. After admitting he had no recollection of who he was and was so utterly lost he managed to be taken in by the Dotours, a powerful noble family. He was admitted to their ranks as one of their own and cared for. He later began to have flashbacks and slowly regained his lost memory.

Three years later he had realized who he really was. By then he realized what a wonderful life he had and had adopted the mentality of a child. Being physically younger and treated as a child for years had permanently damaged him psychologically. He thinks in a grown-up manner and has the mind of one who is almost 30 yet looks about a third of that. He finally regained his memories, magical talent, and training that he had what seemed like a lifetime ago.

He became bored of the life as a nobleboy and began to crave adventure similarly to other boys his age. He displayed carefully presented magical talent that showed that he was magically skilled. He then used his knowledge of many of the magical masters of the land that he was being privately tutored. Often away for extended periods of time he explains it away as specialized training and relies on his wits and superior knowledge to outwit them and continue the subterfuge. Nowadays he spends more time in the alleyways and abroad than in his new home. He's become accustomed to life as a child and thinks of his life before as a seperate time experienced by a person who would be almost completely unrecognizable today.

Edit: kk, no longer similar to that annoyingly-hard-sidequest-guy. Zajora was supposed to be the charismatic politicianish guy, but I guess I'll use the name for this one.

    Re: Kafei Arcanum

I think its a pretty cool concept Adad. It could use some work though, a few of the sentences either didn't flow well or were run on sentences, so take a look at that and make an edit. However, I feel that its good enough to be accepted so yeah, start RPing. :D
