While Olias distracted the Dinolfos, Prici hustled for the Ice Rod she'd dropped. If she could get it before the reptilian would exhale fire at her, she could be momentarily safe, after all, and that was even disregarding that the Ice Rod was her main weapon to begin with. Lifting the thing from the ground and raising it over her head, as though preparing it for an overhead swing, she called out. "Over here-pii!"

The Dinolfos turned to her and opened its maw to inhale before breathing fire, but at that same moment, Prici brought the rod down. The cold blast of magic found its way to the beast's head, finally jamming itself in its maw. The ice manifested, forcing the beast's jaw to stay open as well as blocking off its airpipe. It wouldn't last terribly long, but it should be long enough for the two Dekus to get a few hits in.
