Water Enchantment is an offensive water spell. By channeling her power into a weapon held in her hand, the user is capable of temporarily giving the weapon a dripping-wet property. It will glow with droplets of shining water, and on its next impact will release a powerful burst of cool water, usually denting and wearing at steel, while blistering or tearing portions of softer materials that it strikes.

Because of the magical strain, a weapon cannot impact with this spell more than once a minute. With one level of Magic Power, the spell can be used every 20 seconds. With two levels of Magic Power, the spell can be used every few seconds. Any character with a Specialty {LINK} in Water {LINK} can use this spell indefinitely on any one weapon.

    Augment: Distant Enchant
The user can gain the Distant Enchant augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. A user with this augment can place a Water Enchantment on a weapon up to 30 feet (10m) away, even if another being is holding it. The normal time limitations apply to this weapon.

    Augment: Multiple Enchantments
The user can gain the Multiple Enchantments augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. A user with this augment may cast Water Enchantment one more time than they originally could. Each individually-placed enchantment retains the normal time limits, if they apply.

This augment can be gained multiple times. Each instance allows the caster to create one additional Water Enchantment simultaneously.
    Cost: Normal Cost (Wisdom-based)
    --------------------------------

A Water Gem has an appearance similar to a rich piece of lapis, and belongs to the Water {LINK} field. One costs 8 rupees. If a Water Gem is placed on a surface, a puddle of cool water will form around it.

A weapon crafted with a Water Gem effectively has a built-in Water Enchantment {LINK}. When the wielder activates the special ability of his weapon, the weapon will gain a wet property. It will take on a glossy appearance and begin exuding droplets of condensation across the surface of the weapon. On its next impact, the weapon will release a powerful burst of cool water, usually denting and wearing at steel, while blistering or tearing portions of softer materials that it strikes.

With it updated to be more specific about the strength of its blow, this is acceptable to me.
