TC used to be open for submissions only during the first week of the month. However, that seemed to pressure members, myself included, to post treasures during that time. There is no timeline for posting treasures now; instead, submission will work on a one-at-a-time basis. A member can only have one treasure 'in the works' at a time. Once that treasure has been accepted or denied, that member can post a new treasure to be reviewed. This has been in effect for a while, but it never seemed to be added to the Manual. It's in now :P
