This forum is for the creation of new, original treasures for the Library. Please try to avoid unnecessary overlap, by looking through the Library first.

This is where all treasures should be submitted (note that this means that all proposed treasures should be kept here, and no longer in character sheets/quest threads), to be graded or reviewed by staff. This can be done either by following the template of treasures already existent within the Library, but can also be as simple as proposing an idea. Either way, a few things need to be included before a thread is created here.

    1. Include either [Open] or [Closed] in the topic's title; Open threads will be open to public review, meaning that other people do not need permission to post in your treasure thread. Closed is the opposite of this; no one but staff or the creator of a thread can post in the proposed treasure's thread, unless the creator gives their express permission to an outside party. Please note that this also includes discussion of the proposed treasures elsewhere, such as in the Suggestion Box, or the chat box. Unwanted posts will be deleted immediately, and the poster will receive a warning upon their first offense.

    2. Also include either [Grade] or [Review] in the topic of the title. This lets us know whether or not you want the treasure to actually be graded, or if you simply want our input. Note that if Grade is selected, it is assumed that the presented form of the treasure is exactly what you want, and is not open to any or further change. Titles with the [Grade] tag must also contain a treasure that is in the proper format. [Review] can follow any format you wish, though we ask that you please be specific with both the description of the treasure, as well as its intended use.

    3. Finally, just as treasure overlap is something we do not want to see, blatantly copying a treasure idea from someone else will be frowned upon. Please respect the creative rights of other people, and allow them to post their treasure first; treasure "copies" will only be considered if the original is a unique treasure.

As a final note, please remember that topics with the [Grade] tag will be graded as if this is the final form that will appear in the Library of Treasures. It will be assumed that, for whatever reason, the treasure creator will not be open for discussion or change of the treasure, and so [Grade] topics will be awarded with a pass or fail, no questions asked. The topic tags can be changed at any time, though, so even if a treasure is failed, by changing the topic's tags, you may open it once again for review. [Grade] topics will receive grading posts, stating either pass or fail only, from two staff members before they are accepted into the Library; [Review] topics are open to all staff, and possibly members, to freely post their opinions of the treasure.
