    Name: TJ Fireslap

    Age: 27

    Gender: Male

    Race: Goron
Place of Origin: Hyrule Castle town slums (born in Goron City)

    PWC: 5/3/1

    Treasures:

    Stone skin
    Goron punch

    Goron bracelet 30 rupees
    Roc's feather 20 rupees
    Fireslap 50 rupees
    Pegasus boots

    0 rupees left

Height: 10 feet and 2 inches tall.

    Weight: 733 lbs

Equipment: TJ doesn't carry very much on him, partially due to the fact that he doesn't own very much anyway.

However when he's out in military work, he wears a heavy chest plate, shoulder plates, tasset, gauntlets and leggings. There's not really anyone else in his size class, so it's obviously custom made.

Personality: Loud-spoken and over the top in energy, TJ is a very jovial guy and a pleasure to be around, despite his intimidating appearance. Though a total terror when on his bad side, to those he likes he's more akin to a gigantic teddy bear. His childlike humor and natural flamboyance always manage to keep people happy with him and keeps spirits up.

Despite his breezy language and casual manner of speaking, TJ is oddly intellectual, actually having quite a but of experience in poetry. This surprises many, as TJ sometimes comes across as dumb muscle.

With so many positive vibes from one person, most would think he has some sort of secret sad side, but they couldn't be further from the truth. TJ is always a glowing beacon of joy no matter who's around him; his peers, soldiers, or even high class citizens, he finds that he's almost always liked by the people around him. And the opposite is true as well, with TJ liking most people he meets until given a reason otherwise.

The most strange thing about this is that TJ has seen something beyond what most have. Total defeat. He was in Goron city when it was taken. This also means that he endured his friends and family getting ripped apart by Ganon and his forces. But this doesn't really seem to shake him. Why? Because he knows, with absolutely zero doubt in his mind, that none of that sacrifice was for naught. They WILL take back Goron City, and they WILL have a damn Luau with Ganon when they do. It's this positivity that keeps TJ going, and he never doubts it.

Appearance: TJ is an oddly notable Goron, in part because of his sheer size. He has the same look as other Gorons, but is far more heavily built. He has quite a bit of jewelry in the form of golden chains. His torso and arms are covered in tattoos, mainly tribal swirls and a bit of old Hylian on his chest, translating to "Home field advantage". He also has a tattoo on his left bicep, merely the Goronade logo.

Residence: TJ has a house in the slums, though apart from the larger doorways and high roof, it's pretty standard. For his bed, he actually just bought four beds and put them together. He also has a sumo wrestling ring for when he returns to the game.

Backstory: TJ was born in Goron city, within the mighty death mountain. Here he grew up, realizing that he was abnormally big, reaching five feet tall by age six. With such freakish size, it was only natural that he get involved in one of the Goron's ultimate sports; Sumo Wrestling. Due to his size, his weight class places him among people much older than him. This originally brought some ridicule, but that was until they saw him bring his A-Game. He was a beast in the ring, between his strength and good natured trash talking. Despite this, his friendliness made it so people didn't really hate him. Many of his victims, as they themselves called it, became TJ's close-knit group of friends. He quickly became a fan favourite, everyone saying he'd be a big star. He was even sponsored by Goronade. This was, however, before Ganon made his move.

TJ was 13 at the time, standing at seven and a half feet. And on his way home from a match, he heard the sounds of death and panic. TJ immediately started making a stand for his home. His presence in the fray made the other Gorons raise their hopes, just from his confident manner of speaking. He held out for a while, but even the shining beacon of confidence faltered when he saw the monster himself rage through the city. It was then that he decided the city was lost.

He retreated from death mountain, only two of his friends remaining. He didn't even know what had happened to his family. TJ joined the other refugee Gorons, settling into the slums. From there, TJ became a partial member of the Hyrulian military. Now 15 and standing at his full ten feet, he was placed in a call-up squad for emergencies known as Theda team. He trained himself, continuing his wrestling and trying some actual fighting too. In his downtime, he actually found poetry to be a decent calmer before sleep. All he knows is that one day, the champ is gonna bring the game to Ganon. After all, home field advantage.

Re: TJ Fireslap - G-unit Goron.

Just to clarify, the Fireslap is just an upgraded Goron Punch, being more powerful and therefore a Major Treasure?

The price seems fine to me; it's not a really powerful Major Treasure, so a price of "P5: 50, P4: 75" seems perfectly acceptable.

    Nitpicky Stuff (open)
You have a random "rupees remaining" between equipment and personality.

I'm a bit wary with the 'oddly intellectual' part; he is, after all, of average intelligence. It's fine to enjoy poetry, but don't make him a genius or anything. But, you're just trying to say that he is not below average, despite his appearance. I get that, it's cool; just don't make him the next Einstein, and we'll be okay. :P

"He was a beast in the ring, between his strength an good natured trash talking." Just add a 'd' on.

"This was all before Ganon struck though." This sounds a little awkward, maybe rephrase it to make it flow more smoothly. Like, I dunno, 'this all changed when Ganon attacked' or something. Play around with it, see what sounds nice.

Alright, last thing, and this one is kinda big. TJ was 15, still a child, really, when his city was invaded by a demon army. His family and friends were all slain, most in front of him, he lost a battle, he was practically defeated after long hours spent fighting to the death, and he essentially turned tail and ran. This is all fine. No, my question is this. How is he a "glowing beacon of joy no matter who's around him," with no "secret sad side" to speak of? Now, this may, in and of itself, be possible, but you have to explain how it's possible. Why is he so happy, why hasn't he spent time severely depressed or something? He failed, he ran away, his home and friends and family were obliterated, how is he so happy? It's okay if he is, as long as you can tell us why. It's stuff like that that needs explaining; Rib taught this to me, and he was absolutely right. This is his blog, and it's absolutely brilliant; I would definitely recommend reading it.

I'm going to wait for a reply, confirming/denying my understanding of Fireslap.

Okay, edited those errors out, methinks, and yeah, thats what Fireslap is. Goron punch, a bit stronger, and counts as the uberpimpslap or uberbitchslap :P And the intelligence thing is right too. He looks like and talks like an idiot, but he's not that bad.
