    Sofia Brenien - 10 Rupees
    3DS Friend Code:
    3909-8914-2601
    Honor: Regular

    Name: Sofia Brenien

    Age: 23

    Gender:
    Female

    Race: Hylian

    Place of Origin: Western Caves

    P/W/C: 3/1/3

    Treasures:

    10 Rupees left over.

    Helm Splitter
    - 30 Rupees

Helm Splitter is an extraordinary martial technique, which requires its user to be athletic or otherwise conditioned to use it. To perform it, the user abruptly leaps high into the air, higher than a normal Hylian could, front-flips, smashes his melee weapon into the back of the target's helm or exposed head, and lands behind the target. Generally, this technique can be used on any humanoid no more than twice the user's height. The impact dealt is intended to knock off the target's helmet, but can also be used to cause direction damage or knock out the target.

Sonata of Soothing - 20 Rupees

Sonata of Soothing is a song with mystical healing properties. Its effect can be activated after approximately ten seconds of skillful playing. Upon activation, the player can target one listener other than herself to be healed of minor injuries; shallow cuts, bruises, sprained ankles, etc. This song is unusually tiring to play, and may be difficult to play in succession.

    Adventure pouch
    - 40 Rupees

The pouch appears from the outside as a simple leather sack, and from the inside as well, capable of holding about a gallon. However, when an item is pushed inside, it is suddenly shrinks to 10% of its mass and weight, making for easy storage. When the item is drawn back from the pouch, it suddenly grows back to its former size. Naturally, the pouch can only hold items that are capable of fitting though its mouth in their normal size. For reasons only the original inventor might understand, the same individual using multiple pouches ends up having the interior of them both be identical. (For instance, inserting a dagger into one will insert a dagger into both, but drawing a dagger out from one will make it disappear from both.) Because of this factor, having more than one Adventure Pouch is largely pointless.

She hates Ganons monsters for everything they had done to the people of Hyrule and her family. She tries her best to contain her rage towards them and not let it cloud her judgment if fighting them but sometimes she lets her emotions get the better of her usually leaving her in some terrible predicament.

    Residence:
She lives in one of the small cave nooks with her ailing mother in the Western Caves which is cluttered with family mementos and homemade herbal remedies.

    Pet:
Guenhwyvar - Small black cat, Female. Sofia found and adopted this small cat when she was out on a hunting trip and enjoys it for companionship and as someone to talk to when she's alone.

    Backstory:
Sofia came from a small family that lived in a modest house in the village of Kakariko. She loved to explore all the town had to offer by herself and with friends from the discreet potions shops to the windmill and even the graveyard. They used to play and run around swinging wooden swords and throwing cloth balls dyed different colors to represent magic.

She hadn't left the village much at the young age of eight except to visit the neighboring town of Saria with her parents where they had extended family. Her fathers bother, sister in-law and their three children.
But one day her happy life changed as the armies of Gannon marched through the Southern fields of Hyrule., leaving death and destruction in their wake. Sofia's father quickly gathered together only the most important possessions and left for the Western Caves with Sofia and her mother.

When they claimed a small room in the caves her father left them. He was going back to Saria Village to find his brother and sister in-law and their family. He had to make sure they were safe. But as the sounds of war clanged down the tunnels Sofia wept. Scared that she would never see her father again. And she was right. They never knew officially what happened but they did know that no one else from their family made it to the caves.

Growing up in the caves was no easy task and at the beginning Sofia wasn't even allowed to leave. But as she grew up and showed her strength and wit to her mother she allowed her to come out with her. They would go on hunting excursions looking for berries, nuts and game, as well as fill up their bottles with as much fresh water as they could carry. When they returned to the caves they would sell and trade their food and other trinkets they carried that were useful. They were minor merchants in the whole underground network but their reasonable prices helped to bring in business from some of the less fortunate people.

But as Sofia aged, so did her mother. And as her mother aged her heath began to deteriorate. And and illness set in. Now mostly bed ridden Sofia goes out on her own to find food, water and herbs to help her mother. But whispers carried along throughout the caves that her mother wont last much longer. It had been fifteen years since her family fled the village of Kakariko. Fifteen years since she lost her father and uncle and his family. Fifteen years of struggling to survive and stay hidden. And now they only thing she had left was slipping away.

Sofia was determined to save her though. Perhaps. Perhaps there was someone out there in a surviving village that had potions that could heal her illness. She set her resolve and strapped on her weapons as she gave her mother a farewell. Promising that she would come back. Promising she would find a way to heal her.
