Hello Everyone! This announcement is about the "one RP per character rule" and also the quest cap per character to go along with that. Also will be restating, or officially announcing the Kokiri and Korok changes.

First off, the "one RP per character rule" has been lifted, you can now be in as many RP's with a single character as you want. To go along with this, we are putting a cap of 10 quests per character at any one time. So please help us keep track of those by perhaps putting the number of quests in you're characters sig, and more importantly, if your character happens to be on 10 quests, please don't try and start another one! If you have any questions about this please post them in this thread.

Secondly, I'll go ahead and quote what was said about the Kokiri and Korok races earlier:

"After discussing this with all present staff, we have decided that as they are, Kokiri do not make sense to be as common as they are. This is due to their various behavioral patterns, as well as the actions taken by the Great Deku Tree that can be observed from the games. It's been decided that it is uncharacteristic for many Kokiri to be leaving the Kokiri forest, and so we've decided to make them slightly more rare. That said Kokiri will be changed to a Regular only race.

Likewise, Koroks also don't much make sense as a Veteran race. Once again, this is due to context reasons, as in The Wind Waker they were meant to go out into the world and proliferate. As such, they will be getting a PWC reduction to 1/2/1 and will be made a Regular accessible race instead. They will preserve their racials as they are."

Also, if you missed the suggestion forum poll post, we explained a little further the reasoning behind the Kokiri Change:

"As staff we discussed Kokiri for about an hour. The conclusion that we came to was that while yes, it was entirely possible for there to be Kokiri that are assassins and any other sort of thing, it wasn't likely. In the games, they are seen as little children who are the "children of the Deku Tree." The Deku Tree gives them protection and they are fearful of leaving that protection. The number of kokiri that actually leave the forest and go out to adventure has to be terribly small. We didn't want to make them veteran exclusive, but felt that making them a regular race would sort of shift it more in line with the game canon."

No keep in mind, the change is not retroactive, so everyone with a Kokiri can keep them.

To recap, Korok are now a Regular race with a starting PWC of 1/2/1, Kokiri are now a Regular race as well, and we have lifted the "one RP per character rule" and replaced it with a rule that you may have as many RPs going with one character as you so desire with a limit of ten quests at a time.
