Weapons: Rile is a lethal weapon in his own right. But when he has to rely on his own martial prowess while being armed, he can depend on a multitude of weapons he has trained with in his travels. While swords and daggers are his best weapon, he can use anything ranging from a battle axe to a chain whip, the latter being one of the least things he proficient at. If he's never used the weapon before, or it's a makeshift weapon like a 2x4, Rile can usually figure out how to use in just a few minutes of battle. Though, even though he is trained in multiple weapons, he actually doesn't own a weapon right now, so is forced to rely on unarmed combat or anything he picks up. He isn't above throwing sand in his opponent's face if it will save his life, or using any other trick in his arsenal.

Rile recently bought a brand new sword from a Goron Blacksmith in the Goron Slums. The sword is freshly forged, a finely made blade that Rile spent ten rupees on.

Clothing and Armor: Rile dresses simple, in a black tunic and dark brown cloth pants. A brown leather belt holds up his pants, tied in a knot instead of being thread through the buckle as it's busted at the moment. Leather vampraces on his wrists are scratched and in need of repair, and his boots are starting to get holes because of age. Resting on his back is a browl wool travelling cloak, dusty and covered in mud, with a large hood that he usually has draped over his head.

    Treasures: 50 Rupees
Rupee Riches: Civilian Hylians, Darunian Hylians - Due to their status as nobility and upper-class citizens, or due to their proficiency as thieves, these Hylians gain an additional 50 rupees at creation only. These rupees cannot be used to purchase treasures at creation, however.
Wall-Walking: By concentrating one's willpower into the soles of their feet, the user can easily walk (but not run) upon walls and ceilings. Once this effect has been established, it requires some concentration to maintain, but that concentration increases greatly if the user is not barefoot.

If the user has a Power or Wisdom of at least 3: The effect can be maintained as usual while wearing footwear.

Physical Description: Rile stands at a fine 6 feet, with tightly honed muscles from years of physical training in combat. He's lean and solid, with quickly darting red eyes and a smug grin on his face. His black hair is shaggy and unkept, and he has a few scars on his body from his rough lifestyle. His nose is crooked from the time it was broken by a Gerudo woman he was attempting to seduce, and he never bothered to get it fully taken car of by a cleric. Black tribal tattoos are drawn on his right shoulder and an arcane mark across the right side of his chest, near his heart. His smile is strangely white and pretty much perfect, despite the rest of her appearance being ragged and tough.

Residence: Rile currently lives in the streets of Hyrule Castle-Town. Not because he lacks a home, he's more then welcome to return home to Mido where his parents live, but he can't stand being at home and is much more comfortable where he is, though he plans to open a Tavern in the newly planned construction of the town of Impa.

Personality: Rile is eccentric and wild, and you can never really tell what's going on behind those brillant red eyes of his. Both a lover and a fighter, he tends to never back down from a fight despite the odds, as his wit and keen intellect can usually get him through situations where his strength may fail him. He loves the rush of adrenaline he gets when he does something daring or reckless, and is always looking for new things to do, which leads to his expensive knowledge of odd facts and his expansive skill list. Be it physical combat, ancient magic, pure dumb luck, stealth or even a little love to the church, Rile is someone who can usually get things done by pure coincidence. His luck is said to be next to none, which is often proven in his favorite pastime of gambling, though in that case it usually has to do with him cheating.

In the end, you can't help but want to be on his side, as his fierce loyality to friends and especially his family leads to his usually carefree goals to become deadly determination.

Backstory: Rile's life began in the small town of Darunia, born as the middle child to his parents Bill and Lola Deathstrider. His brother Adam is only four years older then him, and was very caring of his brother while he lived at home before getting married and moving to their own home as their parents decided to move to Mido as they felt the Theives known around Darunia would be a bad example on Rile. Unfortunately, this didn't end up saving a lot of his morals, but his parents wouldn't see that outcome for years later.

Thistle, his younger sister by four years, was treated quite the same to how Adam had treated Rile. Both brothers are fiercely defensive of their sister, but Rile felt more attached to her as he could focus directly on his sister while his brother had two younger siblings to watch. When Adam moved in with his wife, the siblings didn't see much of him since they moved to Mido around the same time, so Rile was left to take care of his sister by himself while also watching his own back. It was a good bet if you saw one sibling, the other wasn't too far away, but this changed as Rile started working, forced into it by his father because he didn't like the fact his son didn't doing nothing with his life.

He didn't like the fact his father had forced him into work, even though the pay was good and it helped to build a lot of his physical strength up. By the age of twenty, his sister had become quite grown up in her own right, a beautiful young woman at the age of sixteen and was pretty popular with the boys. She had no interest in them though, as her preferences were more towards academics and spellcraft. As she got older, she still had the problem of men flirting with her and trying to woo her, and this led to quite a few scuffles for Rile. He was very protective of Thistle still, and would always step in to deal with any situation he didn't like her being in. Once in a while, either the man who was trying to woo her would be a lot tougher then he looked, or he would later find himself surrounded by the man he earlier roughed up and that man's closest friends.

Either way, this eventually lead to a reputation that would lead to Rile finally leaving town, unhappy with how his life was and how his actions as the older brother were starting to become useless. Thistle, after years of practice, had become an accomplished Sorceress, and as such didn't need her older brother around anymore to protect her, as she had both her own skill and the backing of her fellow students who trained under a local Wizard. Leaving home, Rile would end up travelling much of Northern Hyrule, including quite a few trips into Southern Hyrule to enhance his skills, earn some spare rupees, or flirt with the Gerudo woman who lived in the Southern lands of Hyrule. A jack of all trades, he plans to do the impossible of mastering all that he learns, but while his wanderlust is great, his wishes to earn a job that can both impress his father and let him live a nice life was far greater, and his idea to open a Tavern was the first thing on his mind.

At the age of twenty-eight, he was content enough to lay down his greater need to travel the world and focus instead of raising the rupees he would need to open a Tavern. His decision to do so came during one of his many trips to Castle-Town, when the King made a speech about the construction of Impa, a port town. The thought of which drove Rile's mind racing, as his thoughts weaved the picture of a successful Tavern, one of the firsts of Impa, filled with thirsty workers, relaxing soldiers, weary travellers, and a bevy of gorgeous woman tending to his every want and care, while he family praises him about his amazing skill at running a successful business.

On such short notice though, Rile has turned to dealing with less-then-likeable nobles of Castle-Town to borrow the rupees, in exchance for his "services" as it were. Rile wasn't concerned about such a dangerous venture, as his thoughts were on how awesome his Tavern would be.

"What's that? You want to here about that time I got in good with a fine Gerudo lady before she broke my nose? Well, ha ha, you'll have to wait for another time to hear that one, maybe when I have my tavern set up you can stop by for a drink and I'll tell the tale of the time I managed to seduce the sharp-minded miss Fortuna. But like I said, another time."
