Remains of the Deku Tree (Dungeon 1)

Filon had been sitting by the fence of Lon Lon Ranch for what felt like hours, waiting for anyone to show up. He was starting to get discouraged and the heat was getting to him. Eventually, he leaned his head against the wall by the entrance and dozed off.

Flashes of color flew past him, and he felt like he was falling from a great height. He saw a grove of trees below him and felt himself accelerate towards them. He could feel the wind begin to rush past his ears and he braced himself for impact. Surprisingly, he slowed down suddenly and landed on the grass without a noise.

Looking around, he saw a gargantuan tree in the middle of the clearing. It had what looked like a face and its "mouth" was open wide. Filon stared at the tree, uncertain. Was this the Deku Tree? He knew he couldn't be...the Deku Tree was alive, and in Southern Hyrule! But he could not deny that whatever this was, it could very well be the Forest Guardian.

He walked hesitantly walked over to the massive opening. All he could see on the inside was darkness and he wasn't exactly sure what he would find if he walked in. He started walking away from the tree to find his path blocked by some sort of invisible wall. It was becoming increasingly apparent he was meant to journey into the tree.

He decided to rest on the side of the Great Deku Tree. He wasn't sure how he got here, but others might show up soon. He wanted all the help he could get if he was really being forced into exploring thing.
