    Racial Abilities (open)
Magic Proficiency -- Due to how common a pastime it is Hylians of Castle-Town to practice magic, they've been able to pick up a few things others may not have. A Northern Hylian with 4 Wisdom will gain an additional 35. These special Wisdom rupees can only be spent at the character's creation, and can only be used to obtain Wisdom-based treasures. If any are not used, then they will simply be wasted.

Rupee Riches -- Due to their status as nobility and upper-class citizens, or due to their proficiency as thieves, these Hylians gain an additional 50 rupees at creation only. These rupees cannot be used to purchase treasures at creation, however.

Raise Dead - The caster may raise a dead body as an unthinking corpse, which will follow his verbal commands to the best of its ability. The body must have died less than 24 hours before the casting of this spell, which takes a few minutes to prepare and cast. The raised corpse will be extremely weak to fire and will have a severe, instinctual fear of natural light. This spell greatly increases the body's rate of decomposition, meaning that a body raised immediately after death will have totally fallen apart in a maximum of two hours. This spell cannot be recast on the same body twice, even if the caster chooses to end it early.

Flame Choke - With their hand secured around a feasible grab-able part of the user's body, particularly the neck or face, the user's hands suddenly clenches and a flare of dark flames bursts from their hand, searing and burning the foe viciously while simultaneously blowing them back from the force of the attack.

Arcane Bolt - The user swings or thrusts forward a weapon or other instrument, and unleashes from the tip a small and compact orb of magical energy comparable in size to a Goron’s fist, which shoots forward with velocity comparable to a fastball and force comparable to a strong punch. This ball of energy electrocutes its target for several seconds on impact before dissipating. The projectile can reach up to thirty feet before dissipating without hitting anything, and can only be fired once every thirty seconds. However, this spell has an unfortunate side effect in that enchanted weaponry or magical defenses can reflect the ball back at its caster with a well-timed swing. The caster may launch it back using his or her own magic, but repeated deflections will speed up the velocity of the spell, and can result in the caster being struck and damaged by his or her own attack.
If the user has a Wisdom of at least 4: The ball of energy can be fired from the palm or mouth, rather than from an instrument.

    Height: 5' 7"

    Weight: 182 lbs.

    Equipment:
--Weapon(s): Relerin wields a 6 foot tall wooden staff. The staff is solid oak with two snakes carved into the sides of it spiraling up to a large black jewel at the top of the staff in between the snakes' mouths. The staff begins in a point that Relerin uses to draw the symbols and signs that he uses in his necromancy. Relerin also has small steel dagger with a plain black hilt that is hidden in his robes. Relerin really hates having to use the dagger.

--Armor: Relerin wears no form of armor what so ever.

--Clothing: Relerin wears very elaborate black and purple robes that have the image of two golden snakes coiling up Relerin's sides ending with open mouths on Relerin's chest. In between the snakes mouths is a black jewel, just like the jewel in his staff, that holds the robes together.

Appearance: Relerin is somewhat well built and about as strong as a normal child his age. His skin is very pale white and he has dark orange hair. Like all Hylians Relerin has pointed ears, but Relerin's are even more so sticking out about an inch behind his head and ending in an extremely fine point. Looking at him from a distance would say he has heterochromia iridum, or two differently colored eyes. This is not completely true however. Relerin's right eye is dominated by an orange pentagram while his left is a normal brown eye. The pentagram is not noticeable unless you are close to Relerin. The rest of his body is always hidden under his robes that he never seems to remove.

Personality: Relerin is very polite and proper. He is usually happy and always willing to help others. He dislikes when people point out his eye in public or when people judge him based on his use of necromancy. He has an unusually happy outlook on life and is rarely mad or sad. Anyone who knows of Relerin's affliction would think that Ba'al absorbed any and all of Relerin's negative emotions. Ba'al is very angry and malicious as most demons are. He is always telling Relerin to do evil things winch Relerin never does. Ba'al is also very wise to ways of the world and will always tell Relerin of his thoughts on Hylians and other races negative aspects. Knowing that if Relerin dies he will cease to exist, Ba'al warns Relerin of dangers and threats. Relerin often teases the demon by saying the demon cares for him. Although Ba'al can not fully control Relerin he can speak through Relerin, usually to teach Relerin a way to use Ba'al's limited power. When speaking to other people Ba'al is sarcastic and very cruel. Ba'al always points out people's flaws to them and will always shoot down any of their plans until Relerin stops him. Both Relerin and Ba'al will speak at each other through Relerin's mouth often freaking out other people near them and making many think that Relerin has two personalities. At this point that may not be too far off of an assumption.

    Residence: None

    Pet: None

Backstory: Relerin was born to two noble parents in a very large house in Castle Town. When he was just a year old both of his parents were killed and Relerin was abducted by a cult that worshiped Ba'al, Demon Lord of Death, and his lower demons. The cult members took Relerin to an abandoned house in the commoner district of the Castle Town. The cultists drew an elaborate pentagram around Relerin and readied for the summoning. The Cultists started their summoning chant as a orange portal started swirling around a small black sphere. As the portal got larger and larger something started coming through tha portal. The eyeless dome and orange jagged teeth of the Death Demon Lord Ba'al made it's way through the portal as the cultists kept their chanting going. Ba'al brought one arm out of the portal and grabbed the now crying Relerin. As it's orange crystalline claws closed around Relerin the demon began to open it's giant maw ready to devour the infant. As the demon was closing it's mouth around the Hylian infant an arrow shot through the room impaling one of the chanting cultists into the wall. The other cultists stopped the chant as Hylian Guards burst through the doorway. The portal that Ba'al was not halfway through was closing and tearing him apart. The portal completely closed as the half of Ba'al in our world disintegrated into orange dust. Relerin landed back in the pentagram as the dust magically floated up and formed a small tornado around Relerin before the dust collapsed into Relerin.

The leader of the Guards, a female Hylian named Summer, picked up the wriggling Hylian baby and gave him a look over. The same pentagram that he had been laying in had been imprinted upon Relerin's right eye. His hair turned from a light blond to dark orange and his body was very pale. Summer took the baby and raised it as her son. Relerin was smarter than every other kid as he was growing up and was always proper and polite to everyone. Six years later Relerin started to hear a voice in his head. The voice was very deep and sounded angry all the time. When he heard it the voice always told Relerin to do evil and malicious things to people and animals. When he asked his adoptive mother Summer about it she simply said she didn't know not reveling what happened to him years before. After a few days the voice was gone and Relerin when about his life normally. Four years later Relerin heard the voice again only louder than any other time. Relerin asked the voice who it was. Relerin jumped when the voice responded that it was the Demon Lord Ba'al. Really scared by this Relerin ran to his mother and asked her again about the voice and Ba'al. Summer reluctantly told the story of how she found Relerin and the summoning ritual. Ba'al laughed in Relerin's head as Summer told him the story. Relerin stood motionless for a few moments taking in all the information. Relerin walked to his room and closed the door. He packed a few pairs of clothes and wrote a note to his mother. Taking the clothes he packed and leaving the note he climbed out his room's window and ran away. Summer came up to Relerin's room a few hours later and read the note. She slumped down on Relerin's bed and started crying. The note falling out of her hand. 'Mother I can not willing put you in any possible harm by staying with Ba'al within me. You have raised me wonderfully. I shall never forget you. I will always love you. Once I am sure I can control the literal demon within me I shall return. I love you mother. Never forget that. -Relerin'

Relerin walked about the fields before finding a spot to lay down. He had not packed any warm clothes and the temperatures quickly dropped as Relerin shivered and fell asleep. When he awoke he found himself in black and purple robes that were very warm. Ba'al spoke to Relerin harshly for almost freezing to death and making him use what little power he had left to summon some warm robes and a staff. Relerin checked the robes and staff both had the same snake design on them. Relerin asked about why the demon cares about Relerin's well being. Ba'al responded by saying that the small essence in Relerin's body is all that is left of the powerful demon and if Relerin dies Ba'al will cease to exist. Relerin asked Ba'al if he could control him and why he hasn't done so yet. Ba'al replied that he was too weak to do that, but would if he could. Ba'al also said that Relerin could use small bits of the demon's old power over death. Relerin asked about those powers. Ba'al said that he would be able to use them when he needed to use them. Relerin continued his wandering about Hyrule. Over the next few years Relerin learned to use the demon's power to raise the dead and to defend himself.
