Here I will post updates to the plot's progress every week, pertaining to the previous week's content. You should still read the full post, but if you need a reference or don't have time, catching the general picture here should suffice. October 1st: Mahirid, the Gerudo Male thought to be dead in Ganon's invasion, returns alive at a Gerudo outpost. Gathering what warriors he can, he sets out to head south into Ikana to hopefully gather allies from the dead, seeking all assistance he can get along the way. A man in Southern Hyrule tracks moblins all the way to Death Mountain where he witnesses a massive congregation of Ganon's monsters unlike any seen in years. His report has spread like wildfire throughout all of Southern Hyrule, and many are responding to it. The King of Hyrule finally issues the order for troops in the first wave of the Northern Offensive to make preparations at the port town of Impa. Though they are not ready yet, these men and women will be the first soldiers officially sent south when the boats finally leave. October 8th: For the first time in years the Gorons of Hyrule Castle-Town met in an assembly of all the elders and leaders from their disjointed remnants of a civilization. After much discussion, the Goron Elders finally granted the title of Patriarch to a Goron named Dagoro. Pledging to serve his people with his life, Dagoro intends to bind the Gorons together and lead them to a new home in the Snowhead Mountains. October 14th: After days with the dragon Valoo on the summit of Dragon Roost Island, Medli, caretaker to Valoo, returned to the Rito with a message for her people. Valoo spoke of an oncoming storm to which all should be wary of, telling the Rito to leave the skies once it began. The Rito are now waiting for it to come, though they have sent a courier to the Hylians to give the warning there as well. October 21st: After weeks of traveling to and from Hyrule Castle Town, the Subrosian named Maphar returned to his home with a letter to the Subrosian Council from the King of Hyrule. After some deliberation, the Subrosians have chosen to begin open trade with the Hylians for blacksmithing needs, making the land more accessible than ever before. Princess Zelda composed and sent a message to a woman she has not seen in years: the Sage of Spirit. Her message called the other woman back into her role, restoring her memories and reinstating her position as sage to fight against Ganon once more. October 28th: On the docks of Impa, a lieutenant by the name of Onox received affirmation that the First Wave of the Hylian Offensive will depart as intended, despite warnings from the Rito of a coming storm. On Windfall Island, Princess Zelda's message from Hyrule Castle finally reached its target, reawakening the Sage of Spirit: Veran. November 5th: In the recaptured town of Ruto, the protectors warded off an attack from a flock of Kargaroc. Recently, attacks have been much more frequent, and they too have begun to notice the coming storm. May 26th: The storm is quickly approaching. Dragon Roost Island, Impa, and the Kokiri Forest all prepare for its arrival, and four figures descend from Death Mountain.
