Traditional green Kokiri shirt, shorts, and belt, green eyes, even a slight greenish tint to his otherwise short and scruffy looking blond hair. His youth is evident on his face, cherub-ish just as any child's face at that age is, as well as his skinny and light frame. Piers would look like any other forest loving child if it were not the soft and sagely look of his forest green eyes. Eyes that possessed a knowledge collected through two centuries of life. Piers takes good care of his clothing, as one could tell by the lack of rips, tears, and stains on his shirt or shorts. It was a necessity he found, as it was important to the Deku that he lived and worked with that he looked proper and professional. A leather belt with a large bronze clasp hold up his shorts, while thick leather boots cover and protect his feet. A baggy pocket sits on the front of his shirt, which serves as the resting place of his fairy companion. Residence: Deku Kingdom PetCompanion: A light green glowing fairy named Kezryn. Can be a bit rash at times but takes her job very seriously. Has a greater capacity for thinking on the go as opposed to Piers's calm and collected approach to problems. Backstory: For a time, Piers lived the life of any average Kokiri. A life many others would consider paradise. Without any care for the troubles of the world Piers indulged in games of tag, hide and go seek, and just general exploring like the rest of his village. And for a time, it was a good life that with filled with nothing but bliss and peace. As Piers began to age though, things grew more and more mundane for him. Games of tag consisted of the same tactics, hide and go seek the same hiding spots, and there was only so much forest that could be explored. While others were content with such a lifestyle, Piers was not for some reason. He simply could not be satisfied by doing the same things over and over again. This was solved for a little while by diving into a study of plants, but eventually the same problem came up again. It appeared to Piers that he would be miserable for the rest of his life at this rate. The Great Deku Tree took notice of Piers's problem, and diagnosed him with a case of wanderlust. The young in body, but not in mind Kokiri simply had a desire to explore and learn about new places within the world. And so the tree made the offer of a quest to the boy, telling him that there existed another forest to the north. The original home of the Deku people. If he was willing, Piers could become a Kokiri ambassador for the Great Deku Tree so that he could establish a connection between the two forests. Piers was more then happy to accept and set of immediately after packing up his belongings. While it was a long journey, fraught with danger from wandering beasts, Piers used his cunning and wits to evade them. Added of course by his fairy companion who, while against the idea of a child making such a journey, supported him as best she could. After weeks of travel the Kokiri boy made it to the new forest. He began immediately in setting up a home for himself and getting to know his new neighbors, the deku of the Lost Woods. He was obviously no threat to them and earned their respect with his knowledge, and respectfulness, of all things nature in general. Piers had long since been within the Lost Woods when Ganon began his attack on Hyrule. Beyond the concern he had for the safety of his brethren and the Great Deku Tree, the invasion meant little to him. He had much more interesting matters to attend to anyways, such as finding birds who would be willing to carry messages for him to the Kokiri Forest and learning everything he could about the world around him. Personality: Piers carries with him the youthful mind of a child, like one would see in any Kokiri. He is easily impressed with new discoveries, he wheres his emotions on his sleeve, and he brings a happy and cheerful smile with him everywhere he goes. Piers is a happy person all around, enjoying the time he spends in nature or taking on new quests and challenges. Despite his eternal youth, there is a certain degree of age within the Kokiri that cannot be denied. The way he speaks, the maturity he approaches problems with, the courage he has developed over the years. Piers is more then just a child, he is a very long lived Kokiri. Between the knowledge given to him by his long life and his simple approach to most issues people face, Piers has some difficulty connecting with other people. He is a bit of a loner for it, and sometimes prefers the words of nature and his fairy companion Kezryn to the words of other sentient beings. Rupees: 35
