Hello this went south last time, but I feel it was due to the drop in activity. But I nominate Idarian for a regular position.

I agree as long as he becomes active again.

I don't know much about him, besides what I've heard and read on various forums. Therefore, I have nothing to say, as I have no personal experience to back up my vote.

It was my fault he quit being active, I was in a roleplay with him and never posted so he lost interest. I've talked to him and we are continuing so I decided to nominate him again.

I'm going to vote against for the time being. I don't know how he was before, but I'd prefer seeing how he is currently in RPing before deciding if he should be a Regular or not.

I... would actually like to change my answer. Most of the 'for' votes here have said "oh sure, just make sure he becomes active again." This does not seem, to me, to be valid grounds for a promotion. One of the requisites to becoming a member is being an active participant in the site. Saying that he might become active at some, unspecified point in time is not enough for me. My vote is no; I would like to see that he is active, instead of voting yes because he might become active.

You said on March 4 that he agreed to become active again. It's April 13, and I still don't see any evidence of increased activity.
