    Background Info:

As we all know, in Ocarina of Time, the timeline severed into three different timelines. In the Child Timeline, Link left Hyrule and ended up saving the world Of Termina from the evil of Majoras Mask. However, in the remaining timelines, Link never ventured to Termina, and this it was not saved. Thus, Majoras Mask was not defeated, and the moon fell, wiping out most of the population of this world. Slowly, civilization began to return to the world of Termina. In the Adult Timeline, when Hyrule sank beneath the sea, so did it's parallel reality, Termina.

This left Termina mostly underwater, with only areas of higher ground remaining above water as islands. Slowly, the people adjusted to the forced island life, and civilization began to advance again, and several civilizations scattered the islands.

    Here is a map:

Now, because Majoras Mask was not defeated, it's evil still remains. Not many know of its existence, as even those the mask did directly affect were either killed in the falling of the moon, or only knew him as a skull kid. Still, some do know of its existence, and would foolishly seek it's power...

So is clocktown nearly identical to Majora's Mask one?

I spent quite a few hours building a D&D/Heroscape (rules) game a little while ago, it took forever and the game barely got off the ground but it was fun. It took forever to grid out Koholint and every underground, house and level but I did it. If anybody wants the work, I'd post it here.
