Walking to the gate, Sapientia was finally ready, to leave Castle town, His destination? Zoras Domain at Lake Hylia. Stopping in front of the gate Sapientia took a moment to reflect on all the good times he'd had at castle town. The time his father gave him his knife, when he finally graduated from his magic tutor, and the day he chose to specialize in ice magic. He would be leaving so many people behind too. His parents, john owner of the sword shop, Cory the goron swordsmith, and his friend and former tutor Mr. Wittkin.

Of course there was so much he would find out too. He would learn so much more, completely master his magic, and who knows he might even be helpful stopping Ganon if he's lucky. His reasoning for seeing the Zoras is to learn about them and their magic. After all a people of water are sure to know about Cold magic. "Okay Sapientia, this is it. It's time to go." Sapientia said to himself confidently, and with that he left the city, and entered the uknown.

Looking behind him, Sapientia observed the castle one final time. Then he looked back at the path. To his surprise a crow like bird called a guay was flying straight at him He thrust his hand foward and a freezing blast of air immediately went flying from his palm and the guay was frozen. Then he stomped on the frozen guay and it shattered into countless tiny peices.
"That was way too close, I cant let my guard down like that again." Sapientia said to himself.

Walking along the path, Sapientia had encountered a few more small creatures, nothing larger than chu jelly however and all were dispatched with ease. the cold Ice seemed to affect the jelly even more than other creatures. After pondering upon it for a while Sapientia had decided it was due to the Chu jellys almost liquid like qualities. Sapientia noticed that the moon was emerging from the horizon. "Well" Sapientia said "It looks like time to set up camp for the night."

After finally lighting a succesful fire (Fire is not something Sapientia's good with) Sapientia pulled out a map of Hyrule. "Looks like Lon Lon Ranch is about half a days walk away." Sapientia told himself. Then Sapientia looked through his small collection of books he had brought with him, and pulled out one called "The Life of a Zora, a Guide to Zora's Domain. Then Sapientia started reading before finally nodding off to sleep.

Footsteps, Sapientia awoke immediately at the sound. holding his breath Sapientia looked around, praying to the goddesses that whatever the source of the footsteps was hadn't noticed him. after a few moments he had located the source. A Wolfos was wandering around, and heading straight in his direction. "Stay completely still, don't move a muscle." Sapientia told himself silently. The wolfos put it's head up, sniffing the air, and howled. Then it began running in his direction. Sapientia lifted a hand, prepared to fight it off. As it dashed towards him he held up a hand and a ball of ice was fired from his hand hitting the creature square in the chest, however although the creature flinched back no physical damage appeared to be done. The wolfos ran up to Sapientia so he used blizzard. one arm was frozen weakening it somewhat but it was still closing in fast, and Sapientia was running out of options quickly.

Sapientia's heart was racing. Normally one to think quickly, Sapientia mind was frozen. He had never encountered hostile creature so large. It tackled Sapientia pinning him down to the ground. pain spread through his body "This looks like the end..." Sapientia thought. Suddenly Sapientia remembered the Dekunuts. Because he only had one arm pinned down due to the creatures still frozen left arm he was able to reach for the deku nut. finally maging to grab the nut, he Clamped his eyes shut and threw the nut in it's face, then while it was stunned he managed to use his knife and stab the ferocious wolf in the face, killing it. breathing heavily Sapientia struggled to get up and walked back to collect his stuff.

"I should keep moving for the night, Lon lon ranch is bound to be safer." Sapientia told himself. he felt his ribcage, "at least one rib is broken" Sapientia realized with dismay. "well, I suppose I can get some red potion at a shop in lon lon ranch." Sapientia decided, collecting his stuff. Then he walked away, through the thick of night.

As the sun rose from over the horizon, Sapientia finally stumbled to the gate of the Lon Lon ranch. After wandering around for a few minutes Sapientia finally found a shop. Sapientia entered the shop. The shopkeeper seemed a little taken aback by his condition but recovered a second later. "Hello, how can we help you?" She asked. "I-I"ll take a red potion" Sapientia said, stumbling over his words. That'll be 10 rupees the girl replied kindly. Sapientia dug the rupees out of a pocket in his robe and put them on the counter. Then opening the vial, he gulped it down. Instantly Sapientia felt the pain residing from his ribs. He saw his cuts heal imediately as well. "Thank you" Sapientia said gratefully. " No problem, the young woman responded. leaving the shop. Now that he was healthy, Sapientia was seeing the village for the first time. It was a quaint place, many farmers, and the likes. Then seeing a wall covered with papers, Sapientia approached to investigate.
