Name: Leaf-weave cape P/W/C Type: Courage Appearance: A dark blue cloak with green “Leaf lines” spreading throughout it. It’s about five feet long. Description of Function: Retains all the same functions of it’s components, but gains the ability to effectively glide with the cape. Also, while swooshing the cape, it releases the gust of wind from the Deku leaf. Limitations: Must have a Roc’s cape and Deku leaf. (Consumes both)
After some deliberation with the rest of the staff, we've decided that we will not accept this submission at this time. However, we have also decided to edit the existing Roc's Cape to give it a limited gliding ability, as per the canon of the games. Hopefully that will suffice.
"If any character has both a Deku Leaf and a Roc's Cape, the two treasures can be freely combined into one cap which holds the properties of both items." The above effect has been added to the Deku Leaf's description on the new Library. This effectively allows the item you described to be made and used, right?
