Wiki sat with her journal plainly in her lap. She scratched at her leaves, twirled her quill, and played with the fabric of her robe. She looked up at Ruto. The town was busy in the late afternoon, but certain shops were starting to close and it was clear that the town was winding down for the night. The part of town she had plopped herself down in featured merchants who sold mostly by cart, and the fact that more and more of them were beginning to latch up or roll away didn't go unnoticed by Wiki.

A shame that Spaghet couldn't wander around this place like she could, which meant she was often on her best behavior in this town. If Spaghet couldn't smooze his way around here she wasn't going to risk commuting any crimes or drawing any attention to herself.

But when she was having issues reading back her own writing to herself it was hard to not draw some attention. It was clear she was upset and her now rigorous leaf pulling was drawing some eyes. She had gotten so used to her glowing quill that she forgot how hard it was to read her old things she had written in the dark before she obtained it. Even though she could see in the dark it wasn't as useful when trying to transcribe written text, especially when you were using brown ink on light brown paper.

She sighed deeply in an attempt to calm herself. It wasn't working.
