Into the Depths [Earth Temple][Electronic Ink, Oshawott3, Xeronia]

Far down by the foot of Death Mountain, one could find them. The large stone gates, now withered and decrepit, leading to a stone staircase leading down into pitch-black darkness beneath the great mountains. The "Earth Temple", an ancient tomb dedicated to the departed all across Hyrule. Normally Kavali would never think of desecrating a place like that but in this case, the damage had already been done. Forces of evil, likely branches of Ganon's forces, had long ago taken command of the memorial, waking the dead and using the present spirits for their own dark desires. Certain people just could not stand seeing the temple of the dead in such a state and Kavali had been hired to drive out that evil, to make it a proper resting place for the dead once more.

The young Fokka was currently setting up camp outside of the temple itself. As the sun rose, his campfire was dying down and he was looking over all of his equipment, making sure all of it was up to snuff. His blade was polished and sharp, his climbing claws had been honed to fine points and as always, the magic in the cobalt coat draped over his shoulder was in perfect shape. In truth, all he had to do was pack up his gear and head down, but he was taking far longer with said preparations than he really should. As he drew and swung his sword through the air for "testing" a third time, Kavali could feel the sense of dread churning in his stomach. He was running out of excuses.

Euhh... It just had to be ghosts, didn't it? He hated ghosts.
