Impa Quest: Constructing the Town [Open]

Description: Although Impa is eighty percent complete, there is still much to be done. So far the following have been constructed:

-Impa Town Hall.
-Many homes.
-A small market.
-A Lumber Mill.
-A military barracks.
-A few slaughter houses and bakeries.
-A shipyard.

Other than these locations, there is much to be built. If you desire, you may construct your own house, help in the construction of a major location such as a library, or even construct an inn, shop, or other such building. If you are interested in constructing something, please see Jonathan Miles at the Impa Town Hall and submit your project for review. From there, Jonathan will either pass or reject your project, good luck.

Reward: Your reward is the outcome of this quest. Whether it be a home of your own in Impa, or an Inn, Shop, or other such building. If your project is smaller than others, you may also be granted a few rupees.

Blyss would sign up to help build the rest of the town, on the condition of being able to build a Guild Hall to act as an place of respite for members and travelers

How would this guild hall function? Would it be a sort of Inn that was also guild HQ?

Yes, it'd serve as a place of gathering and respite for guild members and a place to receive information and orders, as well as an inn for those who don't belong to the guild. Another function would be for guild members to find and answer request for assistance from the townsfolk (reasonable RP source for questing).

I guess I can mention, for book-keeping purposes, that Rile plans to build/open a tavern in Impa, once he can get his lazy ass in gear and finish getting the loan money from a local lord in Castle-Town.
