    Blonde Panther Not always sweet and delicate vet

    Not so much for my character but for the Unique Companion that's planned for her... There might be others interested in it as well though.

    Name: Ice Breath
    P/W/C type: Power and/or Wisdom
    Appearance: The air exhaled by the user is visible, resembling a blueish mist.
    Description: Allows the user to exhale freezing air.
    Limitations: Only lasts for as long as the user can exhale. Has limited range.

    P3 or W4: 60 rupees
    P2 or W3: 80 rupees
    P1 or W2: 160 rupees

    After taking a deep breath, the user exhales not normal air, but freezing air, which can travel out several feet and lasts as long as the user can blow.
