HAREON, standing for Hyrulian Alternate Response Elite Operation Network, is a special team of extremely capable combatants, all of whom have been trained well in their given fields. The purpose of HAREON is rather simple. With the Hyrulian army concentrating on halting Ganon's forces and in general, waging a war, they are prevented from stopping conflict on the inside. Whereas guards are normally responsible for such things, HAREON is for the more major issues such as terrorism, Ganon worship, important escorts, etc. The team is led by first HAREON member and founder, Captain Christopher Denolle, but overall, under him there are no ranks. The new recruit having proven themself capable enough to join has the same privileges as all other members but Captain Denolle. One can wish to join HAREON, and go to the headquarters to sign up, but the process is difficult and many people leave partway through the entry exam, and there are a few cases where people have died. A few requirements are in place to ensure that the potential recruits are up to standards. REQUIREMENTS - You are between 16 and 50 years of age. If under 20, guardian permission must be given. - You have trained in close combat, archery, or magic. (One required. Secondary fields are pres, but not musts.) - You have at least five years of experience in your chosen field. Does not apply to secondary fields. - Your training has been supervised by an appropriately skilled individual or an existing HAREON knight. (A full list of names can be requested from HQ.) - You are of able body. (At least P2) - You do not suffer any chronic diseases. - You have no criminal record. (exceptions. See below) - You can follow orders. Leadership abilities are a pre, but not a must. - You are not already part of another military branch such as the royal knights or a specific military squad. RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE 1). The recruit is sent or given a questionnaire to fill out, for administrative purposes, to see if he/she meets the requirements and to provide a psyche profile. If illiterate, he/she is invited to HQ so this information can be relayed verbally. 2). A full background check is performed on the individual, from any records of your past to any possible crimes committed. If there are listed crimes, officials will be asked about the reforming of the recruit. If they have indeed proven themselves reformed, the crimes will not be held against them. 3). After sources have been checked and the information from the questionnaire is verified, the recruit is invited for an exam. 3)a. The first half of the exam is a straight up battle with an existing HAREON knight, to test the obviously required combat skill. After this battle, a period of rest is granted to see how much time the recruit takes to recover from combat. 3)b. Immediately after resting, the recruit is given a field test. He/she is allotted a set amount of time within which to reach a certain destination. Time, distance, and terrain vary, but all are of similar difficulty. 4). The results of the exam are studied and marked, this takes up to a week’s time. If the recruit has passed the exam, Denolle personally contacts him/her to invite him/her over for his/her official enrollment. If not, a message or messenger is sent to inform the would-be recruit of his/her failure. He has blue eyes that are analytical and piercing. For clothing, Denolle is almost always seen in his plate armor, beigish in colour with golden trim. Skills: As the captain of HAREON, and it's creator, there are many, many skills under the belt of this man. Many of these skills aren't quite known to many, though all that's proven it that he's a master swordsman, strategist, researcher, and oddly, astronomer. Perhaps more of this mysterious man will show in the future. Name: Landon Prentov Occupation: HAREON designated ranged specialist. Age: 23 Appearance: Lando is a casual looking guy, often slouched and wearing a hawkeye on his head. He has a very thin haircut, about half an inch short of totally shaved. He's got thin features and is actually somewhat tall and muscular. He likes wearing either a leather armor set good for stealth, or due to his very comical nature, nothing. Skills: Lando is essentially the team sniper for HAREON, and has skills as such. He's a very good shot with his longbow, and a pretty damn good knife fighter. He also specializes in stealth and socializing. He's actually a fairly charming guy if he wants to be, but due to being a bit of a pervert, he comes across as an ass. Name: Jonathan Raquel Occupation: HAREON knight Age: 45 Appearance: Jonathan is a tall, muscular man with brown eyes like a hawk’s and short, dark brown hair. He has a well-kept appearance, down to his polished plate armor, white breeches and black riding boots. Skills: Master of many weapons, being several kinds of swords, with and without shield, the lance, the bow, the greataxe and the warhammer. Jonathan owns a horse, from which’s back he can use his bow, swords, lances and axes almost as easily as on the ground. Name: Chriselia Lenier Occupation: HAREON locksmith and thief Age: 26 Appearance: Chriselia is a somewhat slim woman, well suited to her designation in HAREON. Her brown hair reaches her waist, and she has plain brown eyes. A few rather dangerous looking knives decorate her waist, and she wears a somewhat form-fitting stealth outfit, all in black. Skills: Being a locksmith and thief, Chriselia is heavily based around stealth, preferring backstab tactics and dirty tricks than fair fighting. That said, if things go into close combat, she's entirely capable of defending herself, being a reformed criminal. Name: Caroline Denolle Occupation: HAREON knight Age: 16 Appearance: Caroline is a strong looking girl with powerful muscles and usually a heavy battle axe over her shoulder. She's usually looking fairly blank, though she does have a slight temper sometimes. She wears a basic chest plate and greaves, but dresses light other than that. Skills: A fearsome fighter, Caroline is well trained and very lethal, preferring the fight to not get confusing and likes just a straight up brawl. Caroline doesn't have many skills apart from combat other than a brilliant strategist mind, but this has proven to be enough in her training.
Guild Creation Instructions The rules require 100 rupees to be paid for the creation of a guild. Someone's got to pay it, and real rupees too (you can't just poof 100r for an NPC). Maybe you could have a collecting tin with all the members or something But then, there are a few things not addressed in the thread. What's the benefit to making a Guild? Can't this just be a Squad, not technically a Guild? And, why are the instructions in the Archives? Were they banned in HC? What are the rules to Guilds? Limitations? Abilities? What? These are questions that should probably be addressed sometime soon

The Guild thread is archived for a reason; you no longer have to pay 100 rupees, etc., to form a guild. If you want a guild, just get a group of people together, and roleplay with them, which is basically what is being done here. No fee is required.
What Will said. Guilds are not "official" and don't need the fee etc... The fact of the matter is, Quill, that he can call it a Guild or whatever else he wants, there is no need to designate what exactly it is. If people want to join up with him and RP thats totally fine and there are no regulations for it other than it needs to not violate canon.
