    -First Job: Collection Time-

    Overview: Rile first goes to the questionable Noble to whom he plans to borrow money from, and as a sign of good will and as his first job, he must go collect money from a different man who used the money to fund some less-then-reputable gambling den. If he doesn't comply, then Rile was told to use any force needed to collect.
