Club Creation Application

    The office you are standing in seems none too organized, papers floating underfoot whenever you try to approach the desk. Laying there, unshaven and asleep, is a large, and overly muscled man, who would fit better amongst a group of mercenaries, rather than the staff of the Academy. You finally manage to make it, gingerly stepping over a dusty memo, that reads Don't forget your lunch!. You spend several minutes trying to wake the man up, with gentle prodding and talking into his ear, but to no avail. Exasperated, you drop your hands down upon the wood of the desk loudly, the Club Director snapping to attention. "Huh, wha----....?" He asks groggily, clearly startled. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, then sticking a finger into his ear lazily, he looked up at you. "Oh. Another one, here to start a club. Ah well. Here's the application. Bring it back to me when you're done filling it out. You may or may not get it back." He says with a long yawn and stretch. You wonder why this guy even works here, and saunter off with your application.

    Here is where you can get the application to create a school sponsored club. This can range from an arts appreciation club, to a sword fighting club, or anything else you can imagine might be a club. To create a club, please have at least one other person to be a co-creator, to avoid the creation of unnecessary and unused clubs. Clubs will have the privilege of their own private space within the school, during designated hours. Clubs may be subject to other future perks, to be decided later. Please copy the application below, and send it to either me, or the Headmaster. The application will receive either an approved or denied reply, depending on if the club is to be allowed or not.

    [b]Club Location:[/b] Where do the club meetings take place? Club meetings will generally have priority, in terms of reserving a space, unless an event is scheduled. 
    
    [b]Club Captain & Co-Captain:[/b] Please list the username and character name of the creator of the club, as well as it's co-creator's.
    
    [b]Time:[/b] Please list specific times for the club to meet during the week. 
    
    [b]Meeting Dates:[/b] Please list the days (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) that you would like the club meetings to occur on. While this is not a representation of actual time, this is important so that members of the Academy can be in multiple clubs, yet not overlap their meeting times. (It is important to note that, while multiple roleplays and quests can be done at the same time, they still must occur at different times. This is to help avoid complications with that.)
