    Physical Description:

The simplest descriptor used to describe Cenea’s appearance is ‘abomination’. While her body is humanoid in nature, it would be an insult to a normal humanoid creature to refer to her complexion as such. Her flesh- if it can even called such, anymore- is a charred white, not unlike white ash, with a somewhat grey tint cast over, and black spots more akin to charcoal spread across her body like a fevering rash. Her body is tall, as are her long limbs, stretching somewhat discomfortingly long even for a Great Fairy. At a glance, her frame is thin- almost sickly so, if not for the thinness typically displayed by Great Fairies, - but can prove to be quite misleading. Her body possesses implausibly incredible physical strength and endurance from the dark magic pervading her very core. To match this, although her body may appear to be quite light, it has an unnatural density to it causing her to weigh far more than what might otherwise be believed.

Her hair is thick, wild, and unkempt, like a jungle of crazed vipers. It is a shade or two darker than her skin tone, taking on a very light, almost violet grey. Sticking out from the mess of hair are two antennae on each side of her head. Aside from mirroring the rest of her complexion, they seem relatively normal as far as Great Fairy’s antenna are. Her eyes are a kaleidoscope of vivid and bright colors, but they unnaturally merge and distort into different shades every time she blinks, and are they often un-matching in how they look. Sticking out of her back are two large wings. They appear to be not unlike butterfly wings, but appear decrepit and marred, as if a feral beast had torn her wings asunder. Despite this, remnants of lost color can be seen within; faded hues of what would be a spandex of bright, happy colors mixed together.

When transformed into her Tiny Fairy form, her appearance is relatively the same. Surprisingly, the condition of her wings has virtually no effect on her ability to fly while in this form, though her dense body even with such a reduced stature makes it more difficult for her to perform precise maneuvers in the air. Her body technically lets off a glow, but it is unsettling at best. It is an empty, grey light, which leaves a feeling as if it is casting monochrome on its surroundings and erasing the color and light from her immediate vicinity, rather than drawing it out.

Personality: Cenea is, in short, mentally unstable. Much of the memories she recalls, and indeed even her personality, have been distorted or even erased by the years of torture she suffered. She is prone to developing memories that do not actually exist and recalling events that never happened, mistaking what may have been for something else entirely. Whether Cenea is her actual name is not even a guarantee, as her own mind is unreliable. She is prone to breaking out into violent arguments with herself if she ever does something she does not ‘believe’ in doing, which can easily change with any given moment.

She has been left with a very violent temper. She is seemingly enraged by the smallest slights or by the strangest things, while others that would make some furious leave her as tranquil as the forest in which she once lived. When angered, she often meets the source of her anger with a boiling pot of rage and typically also physical violence. She is quick to lash out, but it is also quite easy to quell her. Typically, any sort of distraction will be enough to soothe her rage at least momentarily, and the words or presence of children or Kokiri will often do the same.

For Cenea, Kokiri are the absolute epitome and purpose of life. To her, it is a Tiny Fairy’s absolute duty to protect them, no matter the cost, and while it is not a Great Fairy’s sole responsibility, it is still crucially important for them to guide and protect Kokiri. This can manifest for her in quite uncomfortable ways- she is likely to stalk or prowl after Kokiri no matter the situation or cost, and her attachment can be seen as a point of obsession. Likewise, her corrupted mind may also cause this intense affection to manifest in fairly creepy or inappropriate ways, and she is unable to distinguish any kind of difference between them. While she does see other children- particularly Hylian and Gerudo children, as they are most reminiscent of Kokiri, - as precious and worth protecting, Kokiri receive these feelings the strongest.

For Tiny Fairies, she utterly believes they have a specific, designated role; to act as the servants of Great Fairies and the guardians of Kokiri. If a Kokiri is ever harmed or endangered, to her, it is always the fault of the Tiny Fairy, and there are no excuses or exceptions in her mind. A Tiny Fairy should always be subservient to a Great Fairy, no matter the situation- if a Tiny Fairy ever disrespects or disobeys a Great Fairy, it is enough to send her into a fit of anger and physically attack the Tiny Fairy.

Backstory: What matters of the past? It is scattered, fragmented; like a puzzle with a piece you cannot find, no matter how much you look. It was not always like that, though. Once, she was a Tiny Fairy. She was happy with her life, with her duty. She watched over her Kokiri, S--ei, with care. She was a sweet and innocent girl- no matter how rowdy other Kokiri got, and no matter what silly or dangerous activities they indulged in, she was always the wiser one, never falling for their tricks. She was polite and respectful; the other Tiny Fairies were brimming with envy over it, she knew they were.

Yes, no matter what the other Kokiri did, he always listened. He loved playing with the other Kokiri; even when he returned, he was draped in clothes stained with dirt from whatever reckless activity he had been wrapped into. He would never be the one to plan something so dangerous, though. Even though she told him EVERY TIME NOT TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT HE WILL FIND HIMSELF KILLED ONE DAY SHE SHOULD SHOW HIM THE PAIN HE WOULD FEEL SHOULD HE BECOME HURT THEN HE WILL NEVER LEAVE AGAIN AND STAY WITH HER FOREVER.

Times were the simplest, back then. Her sweet little Kokiri- though she played with the rough boys and came home with a scrape or two occasionally, she spent most of her time withdrawn from the others, preferring to spend her time reading pleasantly. That was what she loved most. Yes, she was a good Kokiri guardian, because her Kokiri was safe and intelligent, unlike the other Tiny Fairies who let their Kokiri do whatever they wished without any regard for safety. Those fairies, they were AN INSULT TO ALL FAIRIES AND THEIR KOKIRI DESERVED BETTER. MUCH BETTER.

It was nice, then. What happened? She could not recall. . . what happened? What happened. . . what happened. . . what happened what happened what happened what happened WHAT HAPPENED WHAT HAPPENED WHAT HAPPENED WHAT HAPPENED WHERE IS HER KOKIRI, WHERE IS S----? WITHOUT HER, SHE WAS UNSAFE. HER DEAR, PRECIOUS KOKIRI, S-. . . S-. . . what was her name? Who was this, again?

Ah yes, her precious Kokiri. He was a tough boy with a strong heart, so surely, he was fine, even after she vanished. She did not want to leave him alone, but she had no option but to. One day, she was gone. She could recall one thing, clear as day- the only feeling she can recall without fail, fresh and clear in her mind. The flesh rending, torturous feeling of her magical essence being drawn- no, ripped out of her body, like she was in a constant state of having every bit of skin being torn from the bone. But it only lasted a mere moment. After a day, it had virtually vanished. She stopped noticing after a week. What was a few years with this pain? Nothing was more painful than being torn from her Kokiri. After a few decades, it had become like second nature to her. Her Kokiri would be fine, she would come and visit her once she was freed- after all, the Kokiri girl could certainly watch after herself for few days. Eventually, she would wake up, then they could be reunited. They. . . they they they they they they they they they they they they. Who was ‘they’, again?

Somehow the Holiday Moblin read her letter and gave her a Ghastly Doll with Sentience Sap, and Backbiter.
