Long wooden tables are heavily ladened with food and drink, and you can feel your mouth watering at the rich odors wafting from the plates towards you. Everyone you've ever met or wished you could meet is here, and they are all gathered for one purpose: to celebrate your birthday.

    A single cheer rises up from the tables at your arrival: "Happy Birthday Idarian!"

    A gust blows through the empty streets of your town, carrying in its whispering grip a piece of paper, its white surface almost glowing in the gloom of the night. It flutters through the window, stopping at the table where you sit. Somehow, the trip doesn't seem to have ruffled its smooth perfection. You look up through the wooden panes of the window, but the wind has already moved on. You scan the paper, then stand, scraping your chair back as you throw your jacket over your shoulders. You'll have to eat another time.

You're sent flying from the impact, coming to rest in a puddle of upturned jell-O. After you finish crying over the damages to your roof and jell-O delicacy, you crawl over to where the computer sits, smoking.
