A dark-furred Wolfos strode quietly down the valley. Atop its back was what looked from a glance to be a pile of metal, with nothing but a pair of orange eyes that glowed in the darkness which overtook it. Sienna clutched her trusty glaive in one hand, and the Wolfos' reigns in the other. Together, they sank deep into the valley--beneath trees that seemed a mile tall, into the twisted undergrowth of vines and moss where only the faintest of light could hope to reach.

Ravager, the Wolfos, squinted to see in the darkness. Sienna, however, could see clearly up ahead. At the deepest point of the valley sat the fabled Temple of Forest, long since overrun by monsters ferocious and fearless: her most favored quarry. Her fists clenched, and a twisted grin grew on the face hidden beneath her armor. Nothing but her and her victims. She could hardly wait.

Sienna dismounted in front of the impposing structure. It was a towering building of cold, deep blue stone. The entrance itself must've been at least twenty feet high and ten across--the building was so massive that Sienna couldn't see the end of it in either direction. Everything was cloaked in darkness and foliage. As Sienna strode forward, her feet shuffled through layers of leaves and vines, kicking up insects as one would kick up sand.

...Abruptly, she heard Ravager growling. Her head whipped back over her shoulder. They weren't alone...

A lone deku scrub walked through the dark fog. She scribbled inconsistently in her journal as she walked, looking for something specific. When she reached the entrance to her destination, she looked up. She hesitated when she saw another figure at the entrance. Wiki had no interest in losing a limb today. But she had traveled for a reason, and she wasn't about to waste her efforts because literally the most frightening creature in the entire dungeon was already in front of her.

She cleared her throat before she approached, putting her journal away and thej whipping her hands out of her cloak quickly to show that she had no intention of starting a fight. She saw this woman escape from jail. Wiki wasn't that dumb. Wiki looked towards the Wolfos and felt uncomfortable. Another beast on the list of things that Wiki had no interest of being around.

"Ah, er, hello," Wiki stammered out, finding her hands getting clammier than usual. "It's uh... a nice day, isn't it?"

Sienna glared silently at the Deku Scrub for a long moment. There was mild frustration over the fact she was so close to being alone with things that wanted to kill her. But no, this girl shows up for some reason. At the very least, she seemed to be... tolerable... from what little Sienna remembered from the day of the prison escape. It was almost unfortunate she wasn't annoying, as at least that would give Sienna a reason to kill her.

The tiny warrior's shoulders adjusted, and she looked back towards the temple. A dozen Keese abruptly soared out, as if something disturbed them. She didn't flinch. Ravager was still growling, glaring at the robed Deku Scrub. Sienna's voice finally came cold, and as oddly deep as usual, "Why are you here?"

    (shittier post, bruh)

If it was anyone else's Wolfos Wiki would have shoo'd it quiet and made sure it stayed quiet... but .. she had a feeling that the other Deku would probably have her head. Literally.

"Ah... You know," Wiki gulped, looking towards the growling beast. At least one of the monsters in front of her hadn't decided that she was a threat. Yet. Dogs had this natural ability to hate Deku Scrubs, and thus Wiki hated them back. It was evident to her that she was uncharacteristically nervous in Siennas presence... Even minus the dog Wiki was pretty sure that she would have been shaking. She let out a slight stutter before she spoke again. "J-just doing the magic thing.. Uh, looking for a spell." Wiki shrugged. Wiki tuned into her body, realizing her shaking was getting worse with every word. Shit. Maybe she should just come back on another day. This was bad. This was school girl bad. Wiki was embarrassed. She was sure that anyone who was empathetic and gave a shit would realize she was more enamor-- embarrassed than nervous. Wiki figured Sienna was neither.

"You.. you here to do anything specific?" Wiki said, scratching at her bandages. Her eye was feeling better.. But it was starting to scab, and the itch was killing her. Wiki suddenly froze. "Ah, wait shit that uh .. -" she clamored trying to find the words. She was happy when some more Keeses flew out. Wiki was not looking forward to going in there. With Sienna. Alone.

She. She should come back another day. Wow it was hot in the forest. At night. Haha. Ha.

Sienna cocked her head to one side, slightly. She mumbled something to Ravager, who promptly sat down and stopped growling--though his eyes remained keenly fixed on the girl.

Sienna turned towards her, her massive glaive swinging effortlessly through the air as if it was a mere walking stick. Approaching the girl, she raised the mask which covered her scarred, broken, and charred wooden face. To answer the girl's question, she stated simply, "Kill. Everything."

In a moment, Sienna's broken but mildly horrifying visage was a foot from the girl's face. She wondered, silently, if the girl was about to flee. She could only assume from the quivering body and unease in her voice that she was terrified. It was natural for most Deku Scrubs to react that way after all--she was used to it. Still, they usually either bolted, or occasionally tried to insult or attack her. This one seemed like she was making small talk. Small talk. With Sienna. It was so ludicrous Sienna almost smiled. Almost.

Sienna wasn't even sure why she was still talking to this girl. At first her only purpose was to intimidate her into fleeing outright, and letting Sienna be alone with the things that wanted to destroy her. As she glared into the girl's eyes, though, she began to enjoy seeing her squirm; uncomfortable; maybe even helpless. It wasn't unlike the look in her most recent victim's eyes, when she ripped the organs out of it's still-breathing body.

Wiki watched Sienna crack her neck and her heart skipped a beat at the noise. She immediately felt more at ease when the Wolfos was silenced. But then she saw Sienna's face. The deep gash across it, battle scars obviously earned from years of battle. It may have been a decent face once, but there was no way that anyone could find this woman conventionally attractive. Good thing Wiki was so ingrained in mainstream society. She inhaled deeply, realizing she hadn't been breathing for the last couple of... how long had it been? Her breathing returned to normal.

She watched Sienna, admiring the fact that she was able to lift such a massive weapon with such ease. "Ah.. just, just killing for fun. Neat." Wiki kicked at the ground. Guy was right. She was terrifying.

Suddenly Sienna was in front of her. Really close. Too close. Horrifyingly close. This wasn't ok, these feelings in her loins thoughts in her head were not ok. She was sort of wishing in the back of her head that she was .. anywhere but here. Yeah. That would be fantastic. Or.. or backed up against a wall.

Wiki gulped, her hands shaking violently. She put up a finger, preparing herself to speak. Get it. Together. Her quest for basically doing everything was .. shit. Backfiring again, as usual.

"So... the mask," Wiki cleared her throat. "Did you uh, make it yourself?" She found herself backing up. Her eyes darted down to the ground. She twiddled her fingers together. ".. you don't need it, you know." She stole another glance before darting her head around. Would it be rude to bolt? Probably. Wiki... Wiki also didn't really want to bolt. Mostly because she had spent so much time walking here and ...

Wiki's eyes darted around again. Man that.. that Wolfos sure did make her nervous !

(That is the greatest post I ever remember reading. XD)

There was an inquisitive stare burrowing into the girl. Sienna knew very well what she was, or at least what she was to most people. Still, what was this girl's angle? What did she have to gain from speaking to Sienna of all people? She should've fled already, or at least awkwardly wandered off. It was almost as if she was paralyzed. Paralyzed with fear? No, Sienna knew from experience this girl wouldn't still be talking if she was that terrified.

"No..." Sienna began to slowly turn away, but her eyes remained fixed. There was the tiniest hint of confusion, though. "...I made this armor, though." The girl began to back up. Sienna, strangely, felt a sense of relief in that she was probably about to bolt. She didn't really understand what was meant by not needing a mask. It was perfectly logical, in her mind, as eyes otherwise made for obvious weak points. Maybe the girl was suggesting she should better utilize her peripheral vision in combat...?

Sienna's hand raised to move her mask back down, then hesitated, and slid back down to her side. She was still staring at the girl, silently, for a long moment. Finally she turned back towards the temple. "You're a... peculiar girl," she admitted, reluctantly. Even if this one did go into the dungeon with her, Sienna assumed someone so nervous and fidgety wouldn't survive long anyway. She barked something at the Wolfos, and it began to follow her, no longer staring at the other Deku Scrub.

Wiki's eyes darted back and forth. Her flight or fight instincts were doing battle. Finally, Sienna spoke, snapping Wiki back to reality. "...Oh," said said, taking Sienna's words as an opportunity to linger far too long on the other scrub's body composition. ((WHICH LOOKS LIKE KNUCKLES FROM SONIC BOOM)) "... it's nice."

She watched Sienna almost pull her mask down, and Wiki's breathing followed the motions, breathing out a sigh of relief when Sienna didn't hide her face again for reasons she completely understood but hoped Sienna hadn't picked up on. Yet.

"Wait!" Wiki said, finally realizing that Sienna was leaving. "Uh, if you're just here to kill things, it wouldn't be the worst thing to stick together." Wiki's heart threatened to keep up with the actions of both walking and talking. "... I'm here for a treasure. You'd be doing me a favor." She felt her hands begin to shake before she took a deep breath, suddenly bolting in front of Sienna to cut her off from the entrance.

".. Let me buy you dinner," she said, making sure there was ample space between her and Sienna in case she had to run. She knew the type. She was the type.

It wasn't often that Wiki found a female Deku scrub that actually interested her anymore. She stared into Sienna's face, trying her best to size up her emotions. She was also trying to ignore the fact that she was probably also about to die.

There was a tinge of annoyance on Sienna's face as this girl jumped in front of her. Her fist raised--as her instinct was to smash her knuckles into the snout spouting words at her--but she was distracted by what the girl said. "Buy? Dinner?" Sienna had almost forgotten normal, remotely civilized people usually paid for food and didn't rip it from carcasses and foliage as they currently desired. It seemed so inconvenient to have to pay for every meal. It would get tedious. "I don't buy dinner," she explained, flatly.

She began to move around the girl, with Ravager following obediently. It was against her better judgement, but she admitted, "If you follow me, I will try not to murder you." She generally didn't care much for treasure as much as other, lesser dungeon-delvers did. Similarly, they rarely enjoyed killing as much as Sienna did. Everyone got want they wanted, really, so it occasionally proved to be a good enough excuse to briefly tolerate someone.

"Back at the jail," she began almost as if making conversation, "...you roasted that Hylian, right?" There was the faintest of grins on Sienna's scarred visage. She liked watching murder almost as much as she enjoyed doing it herself. Such was the case with most of her hobbies, really.

She flinched. It was here, this was where she died. But then... Wiki stood, dumbfounded. What. What?! Was.. this woman dense? Wiki .. Wiki realized Sienna probably didn't get many offers. Had she misunderstood? Was the concussion her brother had given her making her confused again? Shit.

"Uh, thanks," Wiki said, turning to catch up. Her eyes picked up. "Yeah, that was me. You were the one who killed a man's future children." Of course. How could Wiki have forgotten? Her fighting style was incredible. She dashed in front of Sienna, making sure to open the door before the other Deku got to it. Everyone got one. Or two. Or... however many it took.

"... No, but, I think you misunderstood me before." Wiki said, taking a look around the room, diverting from the lesbian tension. They didn't call this the Forest temple for nothing - thick vines covered the walls, platforms elevated. The scrub became happy she could climb... even if it sucked. "I wanted to buy you dinner. ... Here, uh, before I go on, let me sweeten the deal." She took in a deep breath. Here she went.

She wasn't dumb, Wiki was observant. Very, very observant.

"... I'd let you break my arm," Wiki said, looking up. She suddenly glared at Sienna. "The left one, once. If, ok, mind, only if you could convince me."

"Fun times," Sienna smirked, slightly, at she remembered the man coiling over in pain. Taking the time to kill him would have been exquisite... She could just imagine her glaive slowly, like a butter knife, burrowing a hole between every gap in his ribcage. She shuddered slightly at the thought, before remembering this girl was gawking at her, still.

She blinked, finally starting to understand it. Starting. This was a gift, or that girl's idea of one anyway. Sienna usually only got those from some poor fool who was begging for his life. Before she could reply, though, the girl mentioned her arm. Breaking it.

Sienna stared for a long moment at the girl, then glanced at her left arm, then glanced at her eyes again. She didn't seem that stupid. Why did she want to buy dinner so badly? Did she just love receiving pain that much? "After you bought me dinner, you would let me break your arm," Sienna repeated, trying to make sure she understood the offer. "Wait," Sienna pushed her fingers to her forehead--it felt weird not having a mask over it. Surely, Sienna thought, she could break the arm anyway. Yet, there was something terrifyingly appealing about the mere idea of her victim being compliant. There was actually a recognizable, if faint, grin on her face.

Looking back at the girl, still mostly without expression, she was about to ask something she hadn't asked anyone in decades. "...What's your name, anyway?"

"... Wiki.." she said cautiously. She looked over Sienna again, slowly. It was almost like she could feel the crack in Sienna's metaphorical shell. Delicious. This is what she lived for. The thought that Guy had mentioned her name crossed her mind. She laughed internally. Like a prey circling her kill, she continued. "... It would be a decent dinner, I promise. ... Then again, if you want to eat awful food, I know a place for that too." If her brother could see what she was about to do...

The Deku scrub slowly moved towards Sienna. "... and yes, to both," she said, her voice lowering. She never backed down. .. She... ok she sometimes backed down. But not today. She looked at Sienna, making sure to avoid eye contact. Without saying a word, Wiki cocked her head to the side. She crossed the space bubble boundary, slowly, very slowly, mostly because Wiki was pretty sure Sienna was about to crush her hand, moved her right hand on top of Sienna's.

"You could do it now," she whispered, "I wouldn't mind." She took Sienna's hand and made her run her fingers across the length of her arm, making it apparent that Wiki was scarred herself, but her scars were mostly on her body and hands. Wiki winced, figuring that this arm was going soon anyways and she was due for a visit to a healer. She was really glad Dekus couldn't sweat right now. Wiki moved in closer to Sienna, doing her best to make her intentions as clear as possible without saying a word. She was fine with it, do it. Make her scream, just give her what she wants later on (and more, if possible) or she'll hunt you down until your dead. Deader than dead. Re...dead. She slowly moved her hand towards an opening she saw on Sienna's armor ... probably dangerously close to somewhere Wiki should NOT BE PUTTING HER HAND NEAR ON SIENNA (( :tpr: ))

Luckily, this awful lesbian tension was broken by a loud hissing noise. Wiki jumped away from Sienna, quickly finding a position on a rock nearby (as if she wasn't prepared to do so already the entire time she was interacting with her) and readied her bow. She looked around... and then noticed the spider webs in the corner of the room. Good job listening to your dick and getting distracted again Wiki, otherwise you would have noticed the Skulltula in the place she had run, descending onto her.

Wiki didn't have time to jump away, screaming in that weird way that Deku scrubs do when its stupid spider hands wrapped up around her. This was it. This was how karma repays her, asking out Sienna made the universe angry, and thus she would become dinner herself.

She found it hard to breathe, otherwise she would have whistled and killed this damn thing.. .. that Yaka whistle sure was useful.

Bizarre. To say the least. Sienna had a peculiar expression on her face as the girl--Wiki--grew closer. Only assassins brought their bodies so physically close to her against her own will, and all of them had died brutal, agonizing deaths. This was... different...unsettling. Agitating. Provoking. Abruptly, the girl had moved herself out of Sienna's free hand--and her other was still clutching the glaive. She was in a vulnerable fighting position.

There was a sudden twitch of... anger? Was it unease? All too quickly Wiki's fingertips were sliding where fingertips never belonged. It was the last trigger. Sienna's hand abruptly shot towards the thin, frail arm, fist tightening into a firm grip, before--she jumped away. Hiss. Spider. Relief. Familiarity. The satisfaction that came with quenching life wherever it dwelt.

Sienna's feather rippled as she soared through the air, clutching her fingers into one of the barren eye sockets--or what looked as if it was one, anyway. Her foot launched forward with a spartan kick, using the foot as leverage so her arm could ripping the body off Wiki so hard that something snapped. The snap might have been its arachnid legs, might have been Wiki's spine--Sienna wasn't too sure which would've been more pleasant. She ended up flipping over backwards, flinging the spider overhead with what appeared like an overpowered suplex.

The Skulltulla hit the ground with a hiss of pain. Sienna rolled out of her suplex, and used the rolling motion to channel all of her strength into a wide arcing slice of her glaive that soared high above her, before crashing ferociously into the spider's soft underbelly. The beast had been nearly cleaved in two. As Sienna's blade lifted, the corpse was left split through the middle, spewing a green blood...

It was a quick death. Not very satisfying. She had been too distracted to notice that beast, which was... unlike her, to say the least.

She over her shoulder glanced at Wiki--appraising her, judging her worth in some way only Sienna could understand, all without saying a word. Finally, her eyes averted to scan the room. It would have been impossible to see anything in this darkness--for a Hylian, at least. There were vines, everywhere. A few other Skulltullas clambered across them, but seemed either too dumb to notice Sienna, or too smart to attack her. The roof, dozens of feet above, had caved in, but the sky was so dark beneath the trees that it was difficult to tell.

After noticing a door--only six feet tall, Sienna moved towards it. Her boots shuffled through piles of underbrush. The gate opened for her, automatically, and the underbrush poured into a cold, hard floor on the other side. In the doorway, Sienna paused, momentarily. She glanced towards Wiki again--waiting for her to follow.

Wiki hit the ground with a thump, her already bruised brain getting rattled around more than it probably should. Unfortunately for Sienna the other Deku emerged relatively unharmed from her capture. She was shaking, but she was certain that the Skulltula wasn't the creature that caused it. Wiki looked over at the maimed corpse, unconsciously rubbing her arm as she did so. There was no doubt that if she hadn't jumped back when she did her arm would be much like the corpse she continued to stare at.

She finally looked up, noticing that Sienna was.. waiting for her? The other Deku quickly shot up to her feet and rushed over. A part of her was more than pleased at the revelation that she got to touch Sienna with her arm still intact. She looked over at the other Deku and suddenly recalled the offer she had made only moments ago. Ah shit.

The door opened and Wiki followed, doing her best to ignore Sienna for various reasons. It the room was bright and wasn't very large, but it held two doors. More importantly, it was apparent that the room was lived in. A large collection of various pieces of clothing was piled into the corner and there was a small collection of food piled up near. Wiki walked around and continued to examine. There wasn't anything that indicated that the person was scholarly, no books, no materials.. so probably some piece of shit lowlife had moved in and was slurking around. Probably a moblin, but Wiki sort of hoped it was a really, really dumb hobo.

"So uh," Wiki started to speak, stretching and cracking her back as she did so. Everything on her body ached, and suddenly she was not really sure that she wanted to add a broken arm to the mix. She scratched her chin and shot a confused look at the other Deku. "Yeah.... never really gave a solid answer there."

Wiki finished cracking literally every joint she could before continuing, looking up at the ceiling and breathing in a way that indicated she was more than nervous, she was downright terrified and really wanted to go. So, there were a lot of things Wiki could say to get her out of this situation, 'Goodbye, please never talk to me again and go tell your family to go fuck itself' would be one, and minus the last part, it wouldn't be a half bad thing to say. Another possible solution would be to just do a 180 and walk out without a word. She looked over at Sienna. It was a bad idea.

"... So, uh, counter offer," Wiki said while she nervously walked around the small shelter, pretending to investigate every small, usually shiny and worthless piece of junk item that whatever had lived here had gathered. Forks, lockets, trinkets, springs.. knives... unimportant. All of that was ignored in favor of keeping Sienna constantly locked in her peripheral vision. However because she was so focused on Sienna, Wiki continued to move her hands as she spoke, giving the impression she was talking to pots and pans.

"Counter offer: we can finish up here uh, killing things," Wiki began, noticing a rustle. Whatever lived here had probably picked up on Wiki's exceptionally flirtatious and alluring voice (***). Her brain was more than bruised. "Forget dinner. I mean shit, come on, we're adults here, I'll be direct. I'll be honest, I just want some two woman tango. You uh, apparently want.. to break bones. That's cool! I mean, whatever floats your boat." Or rips out your spinal cord. Wiki nervously glanced over at Sienna. Time and time again Wiki continued to put herself into dangerous, stupid situations that were slowly but surely proving to be more trouble than they were worth.

The rustling was growing louder and Wiki pulled out her bow. She rolled her eyes before she whistled, an arrow finding its way out of her quiver and cocked into her bow. She would never admit that she had been practicing that. What, it was an arm movement saved! It was just.. economical.

"... You uh, also look like you don't get this kind of offer very often," Wiki said, looking around for the source of the noise, but still keeping Sienna a comfortable distance away and ever in her sights. She was pretty sure that if the other Deku found the source first she wouldn't need to waste an arrow. "I'd even throw in some cuddling. -- And you can uh, you can still break my arm. That's .. that's still--" she coughed -- "part of the deal."

She was pretty sure this was it. Let death's sweet embrace come, she was ready.

In truth, Sienna was half waiting for her, and half expecting her to flee. She was beginning to think someone had cast some horrible curse on Wiki that prevented her from escaping. Maybe it was the same curse that had prevented Sienna from killing the girl?

What a terrible, horrible curse that would be.

Maybe it was the result of this dungeon. Yes, Sienna told herself, That must be it. She was nothing if not able to convince herself of something she wanted--needed--to believe. There was no other logical explanation. This place was cursing her and Wiki, twisting them into some strange beings of impotence who lack resolve. Something like that, anyway. The only thing Sienna was unmistakably sure about, is that she would feel better after murdering everything in this place that dared oppose her. Surely something in here would be responsible for the curse, too, making her feel... strange... and once it was dead, the curse would hopefully end as well.

In Sienna's mind, slaughtering (almost) everything was usually the best course of action, regardless.

So, "Let's..." Sienna thought over her words carefully, "...finish the slaughter, first." For better or worse, it seemed like this girl was probably going to live at least until Sienna could finish up what she came here to do. Though she didn't say it aloud, she was sure Wiki would pick up on the fact that doing... such things... was probably not a good idea in their current situation. They had already been interrupted by a Skultulla--and certainly there were worse monsters here to deal with.

Her eyes moved to Ravager, who had busied himself with sniffing and occasionally pawing through the remains of... whatever foul beast had made its home here. Sienna's eyes scanned the room. There was definitely something here, rustling, aside from the three of them.

There came a sudden sound of wind spinning a vortex, of a fire being lit. Appearing on one side of the wall came a yellow-colored Poe, torch in hand. From another wall, a red Poe. From a third wall, a blue Poe. Sienna grinned. Wasting no time, her body tore through the underbrush as her glaive shot forward in a wide arc parallel to the ground. A split-second before steel was about to tear through whatever shadowy substance it was that filled Poes, the target abruptly vanished into nothingness... leaving only a bobbing lantern.

Hissing with frustration, and knowing her assault wasn't going to continue on this one for a few seconds, Sienna glanced over her shoulder. Ravager she assumed was guarding her back--as he knew all too well not to steal his Master's kills. Wiki, however...

Wiki rolled her eyes. What was it with this family and being unable to answer simple yes or no questions? An audible groan escaped her snout when a trio of poes appeared.

Wiki watched the floating lanterns carefully, taking little more than a few moments to discern where one would pop up next. Wiki watched Sienna leap and miss the poe entirely, and for a moment she lowered her bow before aiming again. In the next moment, she fired, the arrow bouncing cleanly off the wall as the green poe disappeared right before the arrow made contact with the wall. Wiki summoned another arrow and continued to watch the room. Fighting spectral anythings was never worth the reward.

The same poe she had aimed at reappeared and Wiki was fast on its pattern, shooting an arrow into it before it shrieked in pain. Before it could disappear, Wiki cocked another arrow and fired. Just in the nick of time, the arrow hit its target and the Poe burst into flame. Wiki didn't know the kill stealing rule. Besides, kill stealing is a legitimate strategy and anyone who thinks otherwise is a big bawling baby who can't kill fast enough and needs to get over it. (( :tpr: ))

She looked around for the other poes. She could hear their stupid laughs. Who the hell laughs at their friend's death? Only people like Wiki did that. Jerks. The remaining Poe's movements had sped up, responding to their friend's death by making themselves harder to kill.

...Yeah, Sienna thought, that figures. It seemed like Wiki was actually going to try and kill things after all. How had she only pulled off that fire spell once? Was it some kind of weird fluke? Sienna had gotten the impression this girl was some kind of mage, but she was beginning to suspect battle was hardly her forté... The arrow trick was neat, but hardly impressive. She was probably one of those mages that uses her skills to cook food, or something, or so Sienna began to assume.

Sienna barely even wanted to glance at the Poe she tried to strike as it reappeared. She knew all too well they couldn't disappear again immediately, so it was almost effortlessly to cleave into the foul creature with another strike. The Poe's lantern was held out as some kind of makeshift shield--the glaive tore into the lantern, but not through it. The force smashed the Poe across the room, rebounding off the wall. Sienna launched towards her prey with no letup, her glaive tearing through the air before cleaving clean through the ghost--its shadowy body ripping in half.

She waited quietly, glancing around the room... their laughs filling the air. Wiki was at the opposite side of the room, doing the same. In one corner, Ravager growled, quietly.

Sienna's free hand launched out, clutching onto a ghost's face as it appeared. A slight grin spread across her face, as she clutched, hard. After dropping her glaive, Sienna's body spun quickly, using the momentum so fling the Poe's floating body into the nearest wall. Sienna's feather shuddered as she launched towards it, ramming her spiked shoulder ferociously into its body, goring the creature. As her body pulled off the wall, the Poe was still impaled on her armor's spikes--before it evaporated, its shadowy body vanishing into thin air.

(...Sorry post if extra terrible. I'm not really feeling up to it right now, I guess. σ.σ)

If Wiki could read minds, she would have responded in the affirmative. No, she didn't like to fight. At least not with sticks and stones. Whoever said words never hurt was an idiot. ... Also there are a lot of awful actions one can do without directly fighting. Wiki was well aware of this fact.

She watched Sienna completely decimate a Poe and her heart began to race again. Oh no. It was happening again. She started glancing back and forth at the Wolfos. Boy was it a spooky critter. She wondered if dogs understood the eye contact thing. Probably not. Idiots.

Wiki looked towards the middle of the room. A small light began to twinkle in the middle of the room and she cocked an eyebrow. Looks like it doesn't matter what you killed, where, or who was living with it, temples had a weird uncanny ability to give out treasure. Wiki... Wiki had always wondered about that. It was a question that has kept her up late at night.

After the treasure spawned, Wiki looked over at Sien-- oh who cares all she wants is to kill things. The other scrub wouldn't even give Wiki a solid yes or no answer on whether or not she wanted to frickle frackle spend an awesome couple of hours of passion together before Wiki slipped away never to be seen again. (( :tpr: ))

So Wiki ran over to the chest and opened it. .. A scroll? She rolled her eyes. Of course. She took her time and read over the words, the detail of the spell becoming clearer. Her eyes opened wide and she glanced over at Sienna quickly before putting the spell in her pack. She.. she would have to deal with this later.

"I'm assuming you didn't care that I took this uh, t... thing.." Wiki said, obviously hesitant to give out details. "So uh, yeah, Poes suck. When they die all you can get is the sou--" Wiki suddenly started looking around. "oh sh-- do you have a bottle?!"

Sienna's cold gaze moved from the twinkling chest, then to Wiki. She shook her head, disinterested in even answering such a question. It was rare these places contained the sorts of loot that might interest her. Scrolls, Sienna knew, rarely contained the sorts of knowledge she had the patience or understanding to grasp. Though she wouldn't admit it, she was a bit impressed when this impotent girl seemed to absorbed the knowledge almost instantly.

"I have nowhere to hold a bottle," she admitted. "Poes are indeed annoying. Instead of twitching pathetically on the ground, they just disappear in a poof of smoke. You can't pin them down, or they will merely disappear." Her hand was held out towards the Poe's floating soul, as if trying to grasp something that couldn't be grasped. She knew it would soon vanish, but didn't much care. Strange folks liked to collect their souls, but she knew not why. "...I wonder if the souls ever feel pain, in this state. I have tried extinguishing their undeath in agonizing ways, but it is never very... satisfying," she admitted, reluctantly. These were probably the most words she had spoken to anyone--other than Guy, perhaps--in months. It was a bit unnerving. She knew Guy would never betray her, because he is a fool in that sort of way. This girl, though, she still believed was not so trustworthy.

Wait. Trustworthy? Why did it matter? Sienna abruptly realized that she was beginning to care what Wiki thought of her, just a little, and that thought was... frustrating...

Turning away from the girl, Sienna snapped at Ravager. He obediently came to her side, before the two of them advanced deeper into this place...

    ...

As the trio delved deeper, Sienna's suspicion that Wiki would flee continued to steadily drop, if only because it was becoming increasingly difficult to get out of here. They wandered through the undergrowth, climbed vines, and effortlessly squashed Keese. Sienna found herself subconscious clutching at her collarbone, where her Muscle Band was securely fastened. Her body began to feel less... potent. Oddly. Still powerful, but not as invincible as she usually felt. She began to wonder if the band was wearing out. Or... was Wiki weaving some sort of curse on it? She glanced back, over her shoulder, making sure the girl wasn't weaving some kind of hex behind her back. She contemplated murdering her, just to be sure of it.

But Ravager began to growl, quietly--and not at Wiki, either. It seemed there was another presence, here, in the room they had just entered. A dark, faintly green missed filled this corridor, such that Sienna couldn't see the opposite end. A myriad of small platforms filled what at the very least looked like a bottomless pit. It was hardly the sort of battleground Sienna preferred.

Sienna was wrong. Wiki just didn't want to deal with learning all of the nuances of the spell she had picked up right now... just how to cast it. It wasn't as hard as it seemed when you were good at memorizing and repeating things in your mind over and over... but to be fair, Wiki probably spent the majority of the time wandering around [strike]mirin'[/strike] watching Sienna kill beasts. Wiki shot up her hands. Why had Sienna shot her a death glare? She had mostly been letting the woman do her killing spree with the Keese, probably storing mental images in the back of her mind to [REDACTED] to later. Wiki's face contorted. She had her share of weird things she was into doing too, so why should she judge?! ... Wiki couldn't help but judge. She gazed around the room. Her eye narrowed and through the fog -- oh not this again. Wiki groaned. Another poe? The phantom juggled an orb of fire in her palm and Wiki wished she could sweat again. She jumped onto one of the platforms to narrowly avoid the ghost firing at her.. that was of course before she realized the platform she was on contained a Deku Baba. Wiki backed away and pointed her finger at the ground and erupted the creature into flames. But the flames extended further than she anticpated. Was this a gas?! The Deku screeched, jumping back onto another platform and part of her hair was on fire. She rushed to pat it out with her hands and cloak.

"Hey, remember earlier, when you were asking about whether or not Poes feel pain? If I die, we can still do what I want to do, you can break my arm, and we can kill two birds with one stone. Or uh, er, break... one bone with two hands." Wiki was pretty sure Poes felt.. something. It probably wasn't the same thing as pain. Shock, maybe. But pain... ? Maybe with some sort of light but even then. Besides the Deku had a new thought in her head ... could poes ... do... that... sort of thing? Wiki looked at her surroundings again. This was not something Wiki wanted to think about at this moment. This was not going to be her dying thought. Wiki paused her search for the lantern before shooting a look at Sienna. "... and no, it doesn't count if you murder me first!"
