The time of day appears to be afternoon, yet the sky is dark with heavy rain which covers the battlefield. The air is crowded with drops striking ground and thunderbolts tearing the sky. In the middle of an infinite ocean, you find yourself standing on a small, almost triangular isle, with each of its three edges about one-hundred feet. The shores lead slowly into the ocean outside, and themselves are composed entirely of sand. Towards the center of the isle, however, the sand gives way to grass, which gives way to five tall coconut trees, ripe for the plucking. The center of the island gradually leads up to about six feet above the shore. Seashells line the outer sands.
Blyss ended up at the southern corner of the island. There would no words of brotherly combat between her and her foe, only insulting, distracting words. Dispare floated around the island against the winds, Blyss keeping her eyes on him so he would instantly alert her to Guy's presences. She picked up a football-sized shell. She readied to toss the shell, a cerulean beauty, as soon as she saw the scrub. A smile flickers and she sent out a mental call, trying to call a keese to this island.

"Wooden boy, you're gonna be in a world of hurt when I see you." She yelled without cause. The storm made using her slaves efficiently very hard, but at least their was no sunlight to kill her.

Guy took a moment to absorb his surroundings--an ocean behind him, an isle in front of him... where those palm trees? No, coconut trees. Cautiously pholding his Defiance, the Scrub took a second to consider his foe and her fighting style. She was unarmored, small, and wielded a foreign style of blade. Perhaps she relied on magic? Or maybe stealth? Regardless, it was not a foe which would be easily predicted, or so it seemed...

His eyes scanned the dark horizon, searching for some sign of life, only to abruptly hear her insult shouted across the arena. All of a sudden, her pale form was quite visible through the darkness, writhing about... and her words made it all the more apparent she could not yet see him. So much for her relying on stealth.

Guy drove his empty hand down to a right side, drawing a throwing dagger as he steadily advanced a few steps. Had she noticed him? Probably not. All of a sudden, he broke into a mad sprint towards the pale form in the distance, intending to loose his projectile when he was within no more than twenty feet of her. He could only hope she wouldn't be able to hear his footsteps over the storm.

Dispare started shaking and shouting, trying to alert Blyss to Guy's position. Blyss took the information and prepared for their encounter. The keese had made it, but it was near useless in this weather. So much for using her slaves. Dispare didn't seem very wet though, as blyss turned to Guy's general direction, readying to throw the shell at him as soon as he was a appropriate sized target.

When he got in her usual throwing range and she tossed the shell in a lob that was to her knowledge the correct distance for the toss. Then what was probably a throwing knife lodged itself in the ground right next to her foot, that or her keese fell when she wasn't looking. She ran forward with her weapon drawn to confront the Deku at close range.

Guy scoffed in annoyance as the Kokiri charged forward. His knife somehow didn't meet its mark even though that was his best range, despite the fact she was standing completely still. He cursed himself for misjudging the inflection the wind and the rain would have, but that did not stop his advance. Unexpectedly, some form of projectile came out from her--through the rain he couldn't even perceive it before it bounced off his wooden skull.

His tracks halted momentarily, but the relatively weak blunt blow was not enough for him to lose his focus for more than a mere moment. Now halted, with both feet touching ground, the Scrub deftly whipped out a second knife and slung it comparatively recklessly, hoping to halt her dash or at least take her attention away while he drew the Justice, its steel blade hissing out of its sheath.

This dagger did hit, directly into her left thigh. It hurt like hell, but it'd be fine, no disease to worry about and she'd probably be fine as long as she didn't remove it, it missed most of the muscle in there, so she stood tall and swung her blade downward towards Guy.

"Try hard, or you'll be just a stump! The fire pit would have been better, you would have been able to destroy me then. You can't kill what's already dead." Now, destroying the undead was a completely differently matter than killing them. No sun, no fire, very little wood, she was safe from destruction luckily. Unless the deku sacrificed his hand to be a stake or something. She would make another swing upwards to strike with the blade's hook.

Guy remained silent, not giving away his secrets as she was so readily doing. Even if the Kokiri was undead, as he had difficulty at the moment fully believing, he assumed even she couldn't be so invincible without a head. As she charged forward and swung downwards, the Scrub pumped all his strength into his Mirror Shield and raised it overhead--the angle was such that he hoped to not merely block her strike, but slide and parry it to the side in such a way that the excess of her dashing momentum and downward motion would cause her to stumble. The moment she lost her balance, if she did so, his Justice was held at the ready to thrust with all his might right up into her unarmored gullet.

As she fell to ground, she pushed off it immediately to the side to try and avoid any possible attack. Blyss avoided the blunt of the blow, while it wasn't necessarily a good dodge in any circumstances. She would have yelled in pain, if her vocal cords still worked.

Which they wouldn't work without proper airflow. She wasn't dead, but the pain was, something a normal person would never experience and live to tell ( even if they did somehow live, they couldn't talk), so it's impossible to know. She forced Dispare to talk for her during this time.

"These words come from my master, and she'd laugh if it didn't hurt, or if air could pass through her windpipes. Not breathing is an interesting experience, she says. "

She whipped up her blade quickly at Guy while dispare was talking, and steadily stood up. The muscles in her head were cut for the most part, so she pushed her head so it could focus on the deku, or what may be left of the deku.

Guy's eyes widened in mild shock at the fact that not only his attack struck, but that she actually managed to survive it. He quickly managed to regain composure, and was now under the impression she was indeed some form of undead--which would make defeating her all the more difficult, needless to say. Still, she was now down for the count, which given her personality, meant she would start using any dirty trick to win...

...Even forcing her fairy to provide a distraction. It wasn't the most opaque of a ruse, but the Scrub's experience and general distrust of someone so... vile... managed to keep his eyes focused on his foe as she lunged out towards him. The damage and pain she was in had seemed to make her more sluggish, at least as it seemed towards him. It wasn't as difficult as before to weave out of the way of her strike. As she arose, his shield-equipped hand lunged out in an attempt to snatch and pull her wrist towards him--hoping as she was arising her balance wouldn't be all quite there. As before, his dagger was held ready to puncture her neck, hopefully striking deeper than it had before.

That spine needed to be severed. He had neither fire nor wood nor any holy weapon, so he knew well severing her head like this was the only chance he had at coming out victorious.

"No Blyss, no matter how corrupt I may or may not be, I'm not going to say that."
Oh Fine, I'll deal with it She was pulled forward by the Deku, and she pulled her head back and with the rest of one of her side muscles, felt the knife go though the bottom of the mouth and out her open mouth. Blyss right then grabbed at Guy's knife arm with the intent of breaking it off. She took her blade and slide it forward on the ground, rising it up to possibly slip past Guy's shield.

She couldn't lose, not to a sniveling little Deku. This and Blyss's will to survive were all that kept her going anymore. The pain was still there, it was starting to hinder her, but she couldn't give up.

"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL?!" The words were shreiked out in utter confusion as the creature with blood spurting out its head at no less than three different spots deftly reached out and snatched his arm, apparently not even flinching from having a blade stabbed through both her neck face. In complete shock from this mix of practical invincibility and dexterity, Guy wasn't mindful enough to counter the knife which swept its way up under his guard and dug at his side.

Reeling back in pain from her stab, Guy dropped the Justice while it was still shoved through her face, and forced his arm out of the freak's vice. He stormed out into the rain, clutching his side in agony with his weapon-wielding palm as raindrops mixed in with the sap spilling out his side. This method of combat clearly wasn't working, he groaned to himself.

The Scrub came to a stop in the middle of the island and abruptly whipped about, trying to glare down at the foe who he hoped wasn't still strong enough to pursue him. He couldn't make eye contact, however, as the pain only spiked with his mad dash; it all abruptly overtook him and forced him to collapse onto the ground, every desperate gasp forcing the wound to flex, heightening the pain. After releasing his hand from his side, he glared down at it--it was deep, but on the far left side of his abdomen. No important organs were struck. He would survive, as hard as that was for his instincts to believe.

With that thought in mind, he scrambled about to face his adversary, hoping she hadn't pursued him with whatever seemingly-invincible powers she possessed. One foot, one knee, and one hand where all plugged to the ground, while the last palm was clutching his wound--hardly a battle stance, but it would have to suffice for now.

Blyss fell, the flowing blood was finally too much for a vampire to lose. She would probably die soon. That deku was far better than her in a fight. Maybe she should retake her opinions of dekus. Maybe they weren't as bad as zoras and gorons. She was able to do one last thing before the body just gave out. She was able to crawl near Guy and had Dispare tell her final thoughts in this place.

" Not a bad fight. I definitely need to improve though..."
