    Age: 14
    Gender: Male
Place of Origin: Lon Lon Ranch
    PWC: 4/1/4

    Perks::

    lvl. 1 Outfitter obtained free
    -Adventure Pouch

    Treasures and Rupees:
-Fairy Blue (80 rupees paid to Julius Surgate)
Unique weapon crafted by Julius Surgate. Contains four Soul Stones and three Shadow Stones. The spirit within this blade is the namesake of the weapon, Fairy Blue, a female spirit appearing as a beautiful Hylian woman. The blade also has a built-in Shadow Enchantment, which causes overwhelming pain and fear to whoever it hits.
-Level 2 Outfitter (20 rupees for lvl.2; lvl.1 obtained free via Business perk)
He may not be very good at it yet, but Seven hopes to gradually ascend from making small tunics to crafting full sets of armour. It's a long way off, but he wants to get there, and Fairy Blue is always quick to set him straight when he gives up.

    Equipment:
    -Fairy Blue
Fairy Blue is a long scimitar, with a blade roughly 76 cm long and a handle about 26 cm long. The blade is mostly purple, owing to the three Shadow Gems used in its creation, and the hilt is a dark mahogany wrapped in indigo silk. Golden designs decorate it, with the Mark of Din displayed proudly on the guard. The blade's colours shift shades of violet, often depending on its mood; anger makes the blade dark; elation makes it pale; sadness makes it flat and dull. Within the blade are four Soul Stones, one visible at the guard, which contain the spirit who shares the blade's name; Fairy Blue.
    -Painted Bow and Arrows
A sleek bow made of common wood painted a tawny gold colour, along with a waist-mounted quiver of common arrows.
    -Adventure Pouch
His second-best friend after Fairy Blue, this wide-mouthed pouch holds all his possessions.
    -Violet Tunic
A warm, handmade tunic dyed purple, Seven's favourite colour.
    -Leather Girdle
A useful kidney belt with a whole load of pouches, along with his quiver and Fairy Blue's sheath.
    -Shoulder Cloak
A long lilac cape used to cover up his adventure pouch, quiver, and Fairy Blue.
    -White Pants
Bell-bottomed white pants that Seven wears simply because he thinks they look awesome. They're a pain to keep clean, but he values looking good so he wears them anyway.
    -Hawking Gauntlet
A basic leather gauntlet worn on his left wrist for hawking.
    -Wooden Flute
A rough recorder carved by his grandfather. Playing it kind of sounds like a very tuneful owl.
Mount: Torygan, a dark brown stallion with a darker mane, spruced up with a white star and socks. Gifted from his grandfather.

Pet: A Crow that he hasn't named because he isn't altogether sure it's the same Crow every time it comes back.

Appearance: Seven is a relatively small person, although he definitely isn't a pushover. What little mass he does have is almost solid muscle, toughened from years of riding, herding and occasionally beating up a tree. He wears a dark purple tunic and a thick leather belt, with a host of pouches. Most don't understand the need for so many pouches when he owns an Adventure Pouch, but Seven likes to keep his belongings ordered and easily accessible. If it's small enough, into the belt it goes.
He also wears a violet half-cape useful for wrapping in the cold, as well as concealing the weaponry at at the right side of his belt. More often than not the sapphire-hued sheath of his beloved sword Fairy Blue is strapped to the back of his belt, the hilt protruding to the left.
Seven wears long, flared pants that are extremely comfortable, especially when riding. Below that his boots protrude; relatively pointed riding boots that are well worn from years of use.
Seven has long, ponytailed dark brown hair, and a light brown skin tone. His left ear is pierced with an arrowhead-shaped earring.

Personality: Happy-go-lucky and a complete party animal, Seven is the life and soul of many a gathering. Always ready to crack a joke or spice up the place with some fast music, Seven doesn't let his messed-up sword stop him from really enjoying everything life has to offer. It's hard to not be friends with this kid. People who are skilled with studying human emotions are occasionally suspicious of his ever-present smile; accusations vary between 'faking it' and 'holy Nayru he looks like a serial killer'. He always laughs when this is brought up, denying neither of these things.

Seven does, however, have a skewed sense of morality (he blames Fairy Blue's influence) and will pretty much go along with anything, even if it's illegal. He's always eager to please people, especially Fairy Blue, who has been quoted in the past as having said "It may be wrong, but I quite like the slick feel of blood. I am a weapon made for killing, after all." This does not mean that Seven kills people with no reason; he usually won't hurt someone unless they've attacked him first. He considers himself a bit of a hero-type, even if he's anything but. He does often use his sword for things he should probably use his bow for; he's been known to hunt by shooting an animal in the leg and finishing them off with Fairy Blue, just so he can make her happy with "the slick feel of blood".

He's learned to stay away from people who might convince him to do something drastic, because it turns out a lot of people will take advantage of an amoral kid like Seven. Occasionally, he tends to treat people like objects. Seven finds it near-impossible to hold a grudge, as he sees no point in keeping anger alive.

Background: Seven was born and raised in Lon Lon, surrounded by animals and ranchers. When he was eight, a mysterious figure bearing the Royal Crest appeared in the town bearing a package that read, oddly, "SMITHSMITHSMITH". It was a sword; the beautiful blade that would soon be named Fairy Blue. Although the figure had left instructions, no-one could figure out why the sword seemed very oppressive to them. Seven's beloved grandfather, a mischievous old man straight out of a fantasy novel, encouraged Seven to have a go at wielding the then-enormous blade. It turned out that the blade had a spirit who had been attempting to stop people wielding her; when she brushed against Seven's hand she warmed to him slightly. Over the next few days, as Seven repeatedly tried to wield her, the spirit gleaned that he craved a strong parental figure- something she could take advantage of- and allowed him to use her. For a few weeks, he was considered extremely impressive and popular. Until Fairy Blue appeared to him physically for the first time; in the shape of a small butterfly dappled in black, violet and blue. Having never seen a fairy before, Seven mistook her butterfly shape for one, giving her the name Fairy Blue. Over the next few years, Fairy Blue would accompany him in many different forms; a black and blue-gray cat, a dark crow with a sparkling beak, a mouse with stones in its ears.

People did not take well to Seven apparently having entire conversations with animals. At first people tried to nudge him away from it; he violently insisted that he was talking to Fairy Blue, but the villagers refused to believe that a sword had a soul. Fairy Blue didn't intervene, explaining that people shouldn't judge if they only know half the story. She soon learned how to show the ethereal versions of herself to Seven- and now people thought he was rattling off to thin air. It became a common belief that Seven had lost his wits, and he spent most of his days away from his patronising mother in the fields, learning how to fight with Fairy Blue, riding, running, complaining loudly about Fairy Blue making him do push-ups, and even trying to master hawking, taming crows but never quite managing to call an actual hawk, much to his chagrin. It was when he was twelve that Fairy Blue mastered the ability of her Advanced Form; that of a eerily beautiful yet alien-looking Hylian, with long hair that shifted colour like the blade of the sword.

Eventually, Seven's grandfather- his only solid supporter- decided that Seven wasn't really at home in Lon Lon. He gave him Torygan, one of his horses, a worn Adventure Pouch, and his old leather beret...and sent him off into Hyrule, to explore and truly be free with his Fairy Blue.

    Fairy Blue
Appearance: Fairy Blue's Advanced Form takes the appearance of a sliver-skinned Hylian woman with long, flowing, shade-changing hair. Her arms are not actually attached to her body- they appear to float alongside her. She wears a loose, plain black dress that reaches mid-thigh, the only decoration being the bottom hem bearing the Mark of Din. Her long hair is held back by a pin reminiscent of a Gerudo's, with one of her four Soul Stones embedded in it. She wears golden cuffs on her wrists, each with a Soul Stone as well; the main stone is located in the centre of her chest. She wears red gemstone earrings that contrast sharply with the rest of her appearance. Her eyes are a bright, catlike gold.

Her known animal forms include a black crow with abnormally large wings; a black-blue-gray cat with startling golden eyes; a butterfly with stunningly dappled wings, and a mouse with a violet tail.

Personality: Fairy Blue is often larger-than-life. She has described her emotions as being chemical, rather than natural. If she's angry, she's furious. If she's upset, she's miserable. Happy = ecstatic. Cruel = heartless. Calm = completely emotionless. There's no middle ground with this spirit, and she loves it that way. She encourages Seven to feel the same and run on the wild side; there's no denying she's a bad influence on him, but the fact is that he needs her as much as a child needs his mother. She doesn't need him, but she does enjoy having someone to cart her around and do whatever she tells him to. She has a high respect for living and intends to prolong her life no matter the cost.

Fairy Blue has not paid the Unusual Character ticket. Until she has, she cannot earn her own treasures, or have her own P/W/C value.

There is one problem... Lv2 of Outfitter should cost 20 rupees, not 10 rupees. You have her listed as having 10 rupees left over, so jut change that to 0 and you'll be fine.

Everything else checks out, so long as Julius Surgate makes the appropriate adjustments to his rupees. I believe this is the first time a character has started with items crafted by someone else, coincidentally, and definitely the first time the brand-new Soul Stones have been used.

    Approved.

Fixed! I thought the Library page for Business said 10 for second level if you used Business. I probably read it wrong.

Without Yuku's notice, Fairy Blue stole 40 rupees in Chasing Fairies and gave them to Seven.
