Thanks Quill! I like that one a lot! If you don't mind, I'm going to be putting it in the first post along with my other one. I like the detail it puts in the Cognitive Functions. I've struggled with telling whether I'm an INTP or INTJ, though from everything I've read, most recently this, I'm definitely thinking INTJ.

"Perhaps the most fundamental problem, however, is that INTJs really want people to make sense." It said this on INTJs. I can connect to that so much it's crazy.

    ISFP
    Introvert(22%) Sensing(25%) Feeling(25%) Perceiving(11)%

You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (22%)
You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (25%)
You have moderate preference of Feeling over Thinking (25%)
You have slight preference of Perceiving over Judging (11%)

Due to my over-analytical nature, these kind of "tests" are more of an exercise in exploring my being rather than discovering my being. What I get from these is a study of the meta-test, ie: my thought process in determining who I am in any given situation. My personality is that of the social chameleon. When I read the question, "Your value of justice is higher than mercy.", what I read is, "Where is the disjunction between societal progression and personal progression?" When I read, "You tend to rely on your experience rather than
on theoretical alternatives.", what I read is, "Your theoretical practices become experiences." which implies that the question is, "Are you liberal or conservative?" when what the question really related to was, "Do you react by feeling or thought?". All of these questions were this way for me and that on top of analyzing every question for the implications on my final result. It's a great practice for me but I can't say I place any stock in the results.

I've taken this test before. I'm INTJ. INTJ = Introvert, Intuition, thinking and judgment.

    And I'm proud of it.

So, I frequent Reddit quite often, and I often look at the subreddits dedicated to MBTI because it's an interest of mine. Someone made a suggestion towards my type and I think it might be right. It would explain SO MUCH!

In order to understand the suggestion you need to understand the cognitive functions. Basically, all the types have four cognitive functions. These cognitive functions could be described as the science behind this, how it works. Like, they are what really are behind how you act. Those letters are just a name for which functions you have in which order.

Anyways, so this person suggested I may be an INFJ, but my cognitive function for Extroverted feeling is underdeveloped, which means it's less developed than it is in most INFJs. Meanwhile they also suggested my Introverted thinking function is overdeveloped, meaning it's more developed than the average INFJ. I checked out the INFJ description again, with this in mind and it worked incredibly well. Like, to the point where I'm starting to think that I may be an INFJ after all. The second link I have there explains the cognitive functions of each type by the way.

EDIT: I was excited when I posted this. I'm not nearly as certain as I was at the time. It's another possibility that I'd like to entertain, but it's far from the definite correct type for me. Just an alternative guess.

Hurp. I found this kind of interesting. As a stereotype, INTJ seems like the sort of person who would be interested in roleplaying online in a form that actually has a defined system. So even if it's relatively uncommon, it seems to make sense that we'd have a lot on HC. It shouldn't be much of a surprise that I'm one, too.

    INTJ
    Introvert (100%), Intuition (62%), Thinking (38%), Judging (11%)
    • You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (100%)
    • You have distinctive preference of Intuition over Sensing (62%)
    • You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (38%)
    • You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (11%)

I initially thought Judging>Perceiving for me was a bit odd, but after reading the full profile descriptions, this seems to be the most accurate.

EDIT: Coincidentally, I probably act more like an ENTJ on HC because I can get away with it here, and because I sometimes feel I have to do so. That said, it was easier when Bitoko or someone could take the E part of the equation for me.

I love how the typelogic panders to it's audience.
ENFJ, by the way, but the questions were really touch-and-go, and situation dependant.

    ISTJ.
89% Introvert over Extravert (No surprise THERE)
    62% Sensing over Intuition
    12% Thinking over Feeling
    44% Judging over Perceiving

Reading over the typelogic description, I do recognize myself in it. Especially that ISTJs are most at home with "just the facts, Ma'am."

So I saw I didn't post specifics in my last post here (however long ago it was) and took the test again.

    Your Type
    ISFJ
    Introvert(89%) Sensing(38%) Feeling(50%) Judging(22%)
    • You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (89%)
    • You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (38%)
    • You have moderate preference of Feeling over Thinking (50%)
    • You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (22%)

    So yeah...not much changed.

INFJ Master race here .. but honestly I flip between INFP and INFJ (my sister is really into this stuff).

    • You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (22%)
    • You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (25%)
    • You have moderate preference of Feeling over Thinking (50%)
    • You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)
Only one percent of the population has an INFJ Personality Type, making it the most rare of all the types.

I admit I have a tendency to sometimes vacillate in what I end up classified as since my preferences tend to be weak most of the time, but this go-around I got...

    INFJ
    Introvert(100%) iNtuitive(62%) Feeling(12%) Judging(1%)
    • You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (100%)
    • You have distinct preference of Intuition over Sensing (62%)
    • You have slight preference of Feeling over Thinking (12%)
    • You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)
