    Height: 4'3"

    Weight: 102 lbs.

    Instrument: Diddley Bow (It's a small box with a string. . .)

    Equipment:
Weapons: Boomerang, unnamed and made of wood. White wrappings on each side improve grip on the device. Shallow engravings decorate the flat areas.

    Lucia is currently unarmored.
She wears a special pair of glasses that will subtly clue her in to enemy weaknesses. The frames are dark grey and metallic, with rounded rectangular shape. There are small triforce-shaped indentations on the temple arms, outlined with rectangles.

For tactical and entertainment purposes, Lucia keeps a thick notebook to write in. The cover is deep puce in hue. On it is scribbled "Tome of Monster Details." Everything inside is written in green crayon, and illustrated with thick charcoal.

A small backpack is filled with any books she wants to read, her monster guide, and the Infinite Novel. The latter book accompanies her other trinkets with a quill and ink. It is emblazoned with ancient Hylian characters, all in fading ink. It says "Property of Manaku" on the bottom of the front cover in black ink.

    Appearance:

Lucia has a mostly-pale skin tone, typical of most forest-dwellers. There's no evidence of a single scar of any sort on her body, as the clever Kokiri are wise to prevent injury and shielded from the dangers of the outside world. She has a small, but tall nose. Lucia's eyebrows are black with a medium thickness. Her eyes are a fanciful blue shade of hazel, and she carries around a disinterested squint wherever she goes. Her lips, though noticeably pink are thin and lack heavy emotion. Lucia's hair is actually fairly messy by Kokiri standards, but straight all around with the bangs and ends concluding with small tufts. The length of the back reaches all the way around her neck but does not pass her shoulders. The color of her hair is something between brunette and dirty blond, making it seem medium brown and earthy. The bangs are separated from the back with a playful green hairband, which is fairly common among her people.

Below the neck is her outfit. She wears an ordinary forest green Kokiri Tunic, which has no sleeves and a small v-neck up at the top. It ends in a skirt below the belt, falling several inches around her thighs. Her belt is black, with a brass buckle. The buckle has a cover shaped like a Hylian Goat's head in silhouette. Around her neck hangs a necklace of sharp teeth, and at the very center is a chunk of brass shaped like a tooth. All of the teeth have rather questionable origins. She hangs the necklace inside her tunic around friends, but when out on adventures she likes the feeling of hanging it outside.

Tall, white stockings reach up Lucia's legs above her ankles. They end just prior to her knees. Covering her ankles further are her boots. They are dark brown, nearly a tree-like shade of grey-brown. The toes are padded further with the leather they are made of, and the entirety is lined with a thin bit of cream-colored wool. The bottoms were molded from a thick resin, and are very resistant to wearing, though do not provide much traction on smooth surfaces like marble.

Personality: Lucia is a well-rounded person. She can be mildly considerate of others or sufficiently wary and careful when either is necessary. She is friendly, though her expression is lackluster and her outward appearance portrays self-importance and lack of enjoyment. While often not showing so, she loves having friends and exploring new lands.

More than anything, Lucia loves to focus on strategy and being tactically potent. She boasts a high intelligence and awareness of her surroundings. Lucia enjoys learning about monsters and foes, and hopes to fill a book with info on every one she finds. She fears only what she has doubts she can defeat. Similarly, she fears the doubt of reaching out to boys' interests. Most often she will appear to lack romantic interest at all, however.

Often Lucia will ignore her fairy, Lith. It takes a lot of annoyance from her to actually make Lucia snap at her. A lot of annoyance is common, however, so really it takes more annoyance than normal to do so. Situations involving both of them talking to others at once tend to become needlessly intense.

Residence: Lucia has lived in the Kokiri Forest all her life, before her venture out of it. She had her home built in the stump of a large tree, with the interior going noticeably below the ground. With a considerable lack of danger in the forest, she has a skylight window built into the roof, with an adjustable wooden flap for weather purposes. The walls near the floor are fitted with torches for the necessary added light. Two medium bookshelves occupy spaces on the walls. Within the shelves are a fair but not dense set of books, and countless little whimsical trinkets in between.

In the center of the floor is a cute little fire pit. Smoke from any fires exits through the skylight. Nearby are several cooking and fire-stoking tools. On the far side opposite the door, is Lucia's bed. The sheets are always messy from the last violent awakening by her fairy. Several chests line the floors, filled with anything that doesn't belong out on the ground or on the shelf. Lucia likes to whistle when she shoves them open, then thrusts the object she currently wanted toward her fairy for brief inspection. The action has nothing to do with anticipation or fondness of the object, ironically.

The exterior of the stump homestead is poorly decorated with puce and black paint. The puce forms many zany and unmeasured underlying patterns, while the black consists of many odd fork-like designs spreading across the thin bark in a sort of fractal way but not so thickly as to obscure the puce. There appears to be no meaning behind this design.

Backstory: Born of Kokiri tradition, Lucia's conception details are entirely unknown. She was given a home, and presented with a Guardian Fairy to guide her through life. Unfortunately, the chips fell out of her favor and awarded her with the crudest type of fairy. She was given the oversight of Lith, a most ignorant and unhelpful fairy versed in the art of pranks and japes. At a young age, Lucia was forced to be the intelligent one in the stead of her fairy. Her dedication to learning what her guardian would not teach her made her somewhat of a bookworm. While difficult, she managed to make some friends. They would aid her at times to help work around dependence on Lith.

Lith would insult nearly anyone Lucia came in contact with, which created several unwanted foes throughout the village. Her friends struggled to mask their own disinterest with having contact with the fairy. While one day it could be nothing but a pail of water rigged to fall off a door, the next day could end with someone's wardrobe at the bottom of a pond topped with a flurry of frozen insults and many sore constitutions.(no one ever found out how it got there)

It took nearly a decade for Lucia to get used to her fairy perfectly. Coldly she found a temporary peace with hobbies. She built her own diddley bow out of wood and a small bottle, and practiced crude musical pieces on it. Similarly, she carved herself a boomerang. With this tool she would practice hitting things from a distance. Though it took her the longest of times to get it to fly back to her when thrown. She would put this to use by stunning animals and monsters in the thick wood.

Lucia's most trusted friend was a boy named Mayon. He would visit her when Lith was out in the village causing trouble. They would have splendidly good times with each other over activities such as chess or card games. He was a person who made life worthwhile for Lucia. Over the years she would grow to adore him. Mayon always knew how to cheer Lucia up when something went wrong. His sandy blonde hair and thick glasses clashed and gave him a surreal charm, one crack of a joke and Lucia would maintain a faint smile.

One night they were playing checkers together, struggling with each other to see who could get the highest king stack. This was a game of their own invention, after decades of wearing all of the trickiest moves out. Mayon had almost tied his tower of checkers in height with Lucia's when there was an abrupt ruckus outside.

Two kids struggled to catch their breath as they ran to the house. They managed to gasp out their message when Lucia made it outside. An entire quadrant of the village had gone ablaze, and at this point it was blatantly visible. Suspects included and were limited to Lucia's fairy, as there happened to be several witnesses at the time. As a joke, Lith had balanced a small lantern on a door as opposed to a pail of water this time. When the girl who owned the stump returned home, she had sprung the trap and was now trapped in her burning stump. The fluid had spread at such a pace that she couldn't flee without a nasty burn wound at the time.

When the breathless children named who the trapped girl was, Mayon leapt to his feet and sprinted into the flickering orange distance. Lucia was suddenly concerned and followed after his trail at her own pace. Why did it make a difference that it was this girl and not someone else to worry him at such a profound level? Lucia's thoughts flickered around like violently shaken bees in a jar. If her deductions were correct, Mayon had a crush on the girl in danger. A steep spike of jealousy birthed itself within her head.

Lucia wearily slowed down as she approached the still-burning stump house. Surrounding the charred quadrant of the village were around eight kids sternly dousing as many flames as they could manage. Lucia slowly stepped closer to the door of the house. Her feelings wouldn't allow herself to disown Mayon as a friend for such a petty reason like jealousy. She flung the door wide with her boomerang for leverage. Inside was Mayon hunched over a charred figure. For a split second Lucia's interests were peaked, the competition was done for. Until she looked up, that is.

From the edge of the door-crack fell an object as she had wrenched it open. It was a simple chalkboard duster made of cloth. It bounced on the ground, then rolled over near Mayon and exploded in a cloud of chalk dust. Mayon was a severe asthmatic and highly allergic to dust of any kind. The cloud enveloped him, and he lurched backward in horror. In no time at all he was violently coughing and jerking around helplessly. His body flailed over suddenly crashed into the wall, he then simultaneously erupted in flame as the blazing wall crumbled over him. Lucia dove backward to avoid injury as the entire house crumbled into a mess of smoke, ash, and ember.

Lucia then turned away from it all, curled into a pained huddle, and wept. Not a meter away lay Mayon's thick glasses, which had been discarded accidentally in the commotion. They were the only thing left of the boy. Lucia took possession of them as a memento to her dear friend. She draped them over her unattractively upset mug, and continued to grieve.

After the incident, Lucia had become an emotional whirlpool. Frustration overcame her and she struggled to decide whether to blame herself or the fairy for what had happened. She never could know what would qualify as the final straw for Lith, as it seemed she had only acted out due to a lack of control on Lucia's part. Surely with a stricter set of standards she could have prevented any number of the sociopathic fairy's pranks. She had ultimately decided to blame herself, and not long after so would the whole village. Paranoid children began pointing fingers in every direction, so much as to say the attack was Ganon's doing by proxy of some sort of possession.(though the wiser kids consulted the Deku Tree, who had confirmed with certainty the tragedy was a mere accident as well as unavoidable)

Soon the village had split into two parties, an ignorant party backing the conspiracy, and the sage party bent on getting over it and quieting the opposition. Lucia had become caught in between this, as either party declared her a main accessory to the prank. She had either been irresponsible with her guardian or she had allowed Ganon to control herself and her fairy. Basically the village had turned against her once and for all. She had no choice but to flee before they got any more ideas. Ironically, if she did leave the village she would very well be walking right into Ganon's palm. Signs of the war were highly evident outside of the forest, and no sane person strayed above ground any longer. Being in the field alone meant constant and often random battles with countless varieties of evil.

Lucia turned to her fairy, for days on-end she would see a faint blue aura surrounding Lith. There appeared to be some sort of witchcraft in the glasses that marked sentient beings with an unmistakable colored glow. She had never heard such a tale from Mayon, though apparently he had kept many secrets from her. She then grinned for a brief moment. They were secrets he took to his grave.

Everything remained as she left it, the bedsheets a mess, the trinkets littering the shelves. All that was missing was the boomerang, a notebook, and a diddley bow. For once in her life Lucia truly hoped the gods were watching over her. She was about to venture into no-man's land. The desolate and monster-infested expanses of Southern Hyrule.

    Name: Lith

    Gender: Female

Appearance: An ordinary looking fairy with an indigo glow, lacks clothing but is too small to really see nudity unless closely inspected. Her magical glow keeps her warm.

Personality: Quick to anger and irritate, Lith is an awful example of a Guardian Fairy. However, in all moments of calmness Lith is pranksterish and a bit of a clown. She is likely to be the first of a group to make wise-cracks at strangers. Having the power of flight and the agility of a small creature, she can avoid nearly any attempt at harm in response to her rudeness. Though Lith is a Guardian Fairy, she is actually too ignorant to know anything about the environment or monsters, making her no help at all in terms of her role. By transition, Lith's actual role becomes a taunting assistant.

Backstory: Lith was given to Lucia at birth by the splendid and glorious Great Deku Tree. Since most fairies aren't too different from each other, the Deku Tree does not put too much effort into creating and assigning fairies. He quite randomly picked Lith for Lucia, unnknowing of the dangers of this hotheaded guardian. Lith then became a subject of ridicule amongst the Kokiri children. Lucia had to learn to be careful to keep Lith away when attempting to make friends with anyone. She was once caught speaking to a Lynel at the edge of the deeper woods.
