Dungeon: Spirit's Grave - Oracle of Ages

    Players/Characters:

It was supposed to be a typical, sunny day in Lon Lon Ranch. Farmers tended their fields, milked their cows, road their horses; merchants sold their wares amid the vast marketplaces that made up Lon Lon Ranch; in general, people went about their days, cleaning their houses, playing on the streets, and so on. These were all things that were normal- things one expected to come across in Lon Lon Ranch. And Rika, he had seen a lot of things in his day- magical monstrosities, horrible abominations that threatened the livelihood of entire populaces. If one asked him to recount the number of incredulous or supernatural things he had seen- that he had done-, he would never be at an end to his tales.

This, however, was something Rika had trouble even grasping. Not because it was so absolutely insane, or that he could not fathom its existence, but because it was so. . . ordinarily strange. It seemed to have little purpose, yet something he could not explain was still occuring.

A line of carrots were in front of him. They hovered gently above the ground, about two dozen of them floating side to side in an organized manner as they hovered down the trail. They seemed to be normal carrots, aside from the fact that they were floating and moving on their own. At first, Rika would have assumed it to be the work of some mischievous Minish or perhaps even a Tiny Fairy, but they typically showed themselves to children, and he couldn't spot a glance of one. Besides, even it were due to the work of the Minish, it wouldn't explain how they were all floating.

A few other theories popped into Rika's mind, but for now, he decided to silently watch where the carrots were headed.

    --

Rika sure seemed interested in those floating orange sticks. Wollo wasn't quite sure what they were doing, but he knew that generally when Rika had an interest in something, it would try to eat Wollo. But wait, weren't those things food? Food can't eat other food, so that meant Wollo was safe. Wollo felt reassured in his safety against the stick beasts they had encountered. Still though, Rika's persistent glare at the floating orange sticks left Wollo awfully nervous. What if Rika got involved with them, like usual, and they turned into some horrible orange monsterbeast and tried to eat Wollo, like usual? The thought sent a chill down Wollo's moustache. However, he felt reaffirmed in his safety- after all, even if that did happen, Rika would defeat the monsterbeast before it could eat him. Unless. . . what if the monsterbeast wasn't orange?

In all his life, Kalvar had never seen such an... ordinary place? People going about and living their everyday lives like there was nothing wrong. No great evil hanging over everyone's head. Nobody was fearing for their life every single day, nobody was starving? The kids were running around in the streets beating each other with wooden sticks, and it was all a game? A soft smile began to spread across his face. It was a lovely sight.

He was almost to Castle Town, he could feel it. Just another few more days, and he would be there... But why not stick around a bit? Take a little relaxing break from all the travelling and fighting for at least a couple days. Plopping down, he leaned up against a tree for a little while. Suddenly, a voice spoke inside of his head.

"Master. Am I to assume that we will be resting here for the night?" His ever-present companion, his own bow, asked. Slowly pulling her off of his back in a relaxed manner, he held the bow on his lap.

Mentally, he responded. "I see no reason not too. It's a quaint farming community. Nothing strange going on here. It's safe to stay the ni..."

Almost as if purposefully to contradict his words, he saw perhaps the strangest sight he had ever seen. A kid, or rather a kokiri based on the hair, was wearing a lot of red clothing and especially a strange red hat... what looked like bunny ears, was chasing floating carrots of all things down the trail. The strangest part? An octorok with a mustache made out of leaves was right with them.

"I'll... take that back." He spoke out loud, immensely confused. His curiosity getting the better of him, he stood up to his feet. Bow in hand, his feet bare, and mind full of questions, he began to follow right behind them.

He had been following the carrots for a short time, but they hadn't seemed to do anything suspicious or interesting(Try saying that sentence out of context). They were gently gliding along the trail, never detracting from its path or stopping, like they were determined or had some sort of mission. The whole idea of these magical carrots seemed amusing at first, but Rika was starting to get bored- how was a line of living carrots getting boring?! Just as his disinterest started to show, though, something seemed to change.

Up ahead on the path, Rika could see a man with a shovel, charging towards them. "I'll get 'ya, y'damn carrot nappers!" He boomed as he approached the carrots, swiping at a couple of them furiously with his shovel and sending them flying to the ground. The carrots scattered frantically as they darted and danced around the man, far too quick for him to lay a hand on. He did not let up, though, fruitlessly waving and swinging his shovel back at forth as he failed to hit the diminutive and agile carrots. Rika watched in amusement- this was something he was looking for.

This went on for a handful of moments before the carrots seemed to all drop to the ground suddenly. Rika could hear a mischievous giggling come from the carrots as small, spectral spirit-like wisps floated out of the carrots before immediately vanishing without a trace.

The man barked and complained as he smacked the downed carrots with his shovel. "Feh. Summore carrots wasted." He spat out. It was then that he noticed Rika. He glared at the Kokiri for a few moments. Rika glanced back at him, but didn't say anything.

"Were you just watchin'?" The man questioned.

    "Yeah." Rika casually responded.

"Well why didn't ya help meh with the carrot nappers?!" The man cried out.

"Why would I? They're moving carrots." Rika shrugged rather uncaringly. At this point he had realized the truth behind the carrots, but he wasn't sure if this farm man was smart enough to understand that they were actually being possessed.

The man seemed rather frustrated with the Kokiri.

    --

The carrots were dancing. Wollo sure wished he could dance, but usually all he could do was roll around. Maybe he could learn to dance, some day. He saw pretty ladies dance sometimes. Maybe they could teach him how to dance. That would be nice, to dance with friends. Inspired by his new dream, Wollo felt determined to continue on with his arduous quest.

Kalvar stood back, not entirely sure whether he should intervene or not. Casually slipping on his Hawkeye, he saw the events unfold before him. Easily seeing the wisps floating out of the carrots and eventually fading away into nothing. Possessed carrots? That alone got him to raise an eyebrow. Even though he knew almost nothing about ghosts, he doubted vegetation was popular among ghosts.

Utterly confused, he slowly began to walk towards them. As the farmer and what he assumed was a Kokiri talked, he stood a few feet back away from them as he spoke. "I might not know much, but I'm pretty sure catching those carrots would do no good. More sprites would just possess them again, and they'd bounce all over once more."

Did the clergy exorcise farm fields? Then again, why would a farm be haunted anyways? On an ancient burial mound of some kind, perhaps? It didn't seem likely, but then again, possessed carrots wasn't likely. Kalvar couldn't help but chuckle internally over the strange predicament.

Glancing down at the Kokiri for just a second, he couldn't help but wonder who they were. Most Kokiri rarely ever left the forest, but he doubted it was a child wandering around in full attire like that. Either way, with a scythe that large on their back he assumed they were probably someone important. Kalvar assumed he would learn in time, but there was no reason not to introduce himself.

Instead of kneeling down and potentially offending them, he remained on his feet. Kalvar reached a hand over to shake in a formal introduction as he spoke. "Kalvar Darhun. A pleasure."

After having worked in the field for what seemed like hours Kaylie had finally harvested enough crops to go ask the farmer about getting her fair share. While she knew that she'd probably get around five carrots or a whole potato, her stomach couldn't help but gurgle in anticipation of meal. Wiping the sweat from her brow, Kaylie stood up and stretched her legs before beginning the trek back to the farmers house.

His house was finally within sight, when she finally noticed that her basket was steadily getting much lighter. Upon checking the basket Kaylie couldn't help but feel that the goddesses must really hate her, as all the carrots she had harvested began to float out from the basket once the lid was opened. The carrots dancing around her as she flailed wildly in an fruitless attempt to catch the veggies.

In a matter of minutes every last carrot is gone and Kaylie is left standing alone in the field. Half of her harvest having flown away, she knows if she comes back with so little she will likely get nothing. Her legs feeling weak, her feet are sore, and now her eyes beginning to water as she looks around to make sure no one is watching.

"Great, Even the carrots are mocking me now." Kaylie grumbles to herself as she slumps onto the ground.

"Hah. That's true." Rika chuckled at the newcomer, though it seemed to do little more than make the farmer more frustrated. "Y'think I'm dumb?! A'course I know that, I been doin' this a while! But what else'm I supposed 'ta do?!" He half-yelled at the two of them, though Rika momentarily ignored the man in favor of the newcomer. He was not really one for handshakes- or introductions in general, really-, but he supposed there was no reason not to. Extending his hand and lightly- and shortly- shaking his hand, he called out his name. "Rika."

With that out of the way, he turned back to the ignored farmer. "What you're SUPPOSED to do," Rika emphasized somewhat sarcastically, "is seek out the source of the haunting. Spirits popping up and possessing carrots is not a thing that just happens- likely, their burial grounds were disturbed in some way so they're taking it out on you all." Rika calmly explained, before shrugging. "That's unfortunate for you guys." He spoke somewhat detached, as if it did not concern him at all- and truthfully, it did not concern him at all, though it had brought him a slight bit of amusement.

"Grr, I know all that already! It's all 'causa that damn farmer Brown, diggin' up that tomb! I can't do nothin' 'bout it 'cept save 'ma carrots, though!" The man complained. Rika nodded absentmindedly. That would do it, for sure. Hopefully he could have a little fun with it, though.

"Luckily for you, though, it seems our new friend Kalvar is eager to help!" He slapped Kalvar on the back as he volunteered the Hylian. "That's why you came over, right? No need to be shy!" He let out an amused laugh. The carrots being possessed, while still amusing, was a little less interesting than he had hoped it would be, so hopefully this would lead to something more interesting.

"That is indeed why I came over." Kalvar nodded, even through his confusion. What else was he supposed to say? The child practically volunteered him to assist them. Then again, if there were ghosts haunting anywhere near this town, he doubted he would feel comfortable sleeping until it was taken care of.

"Master." His bow chimed in, mentally of course. "As much as I have faith in your skills, I do not believe that your arrows will be able to pierce an intangible ghost."

Kalvar silently responded "We'll wing it. Figure out what's happening. In any case, can't just leave them like this if there is something I can do. I'm sure we got this." Slinging the bow onto his back, he spoke once more. "Well, go ahead and lead the way. Lead me to the tomb."

The farmer seemed delighted with this apparent course of action and quickly forgot about beating the formerly possessed carrots. He hurriedly led Kalvar to the edge of the field and pointed straight ahead. The sight was rather obvious. A large hole in the ground, where it looked almost like a large mausoleum rested deep inside. "O'er there. Won't go no closer. Ain't gon' risk 'ma crops more than 'ah have ta."

Without another word, Kalvar started to walk over. Already, the sight was strange enough as it was. Carrots were bouncing around like some child was playing with them, and pumpkins were desperately trying to bounce and roll off of their stems. Hopefully, none of the pumpkins literally threw themselves at him. That would be hard to explain defending himself from a vegetable. Or were they a fruit? Did it even matter? Likely not. Nobody really cared.

"Haha- eh?" Rika was somewhat caught off-guard by Kalvar's apparent eagerness to help the farmer out. Typically, if someone was propositioned to go ghost busting, they would show at least the slightest bits of hesitation- that was what Rika assumed, anyway. This man, on the other hand, came over here to assist them with their issue initially, before Rika had even offered his aid?

. . . Ah, he was one of -those- people. A goody two-shoes that wants to solve everyone's problems, regardless of his own gain. Nice, he supposed, but awfully naive. They were the best kinds to adventure with, though- never the ones to claim or argue over who whatever magical armament or artifact they stumbled across belongs to. Tended to be a tad too self-righteous, preachy, and bland for Rika's tastes, but even should that prove true, the spectral vegetation should prove interesting.

"Well, let us be on our way, I suppose." Rika shrugged- he was in on this too, as Kalvar had propositioned the Kokiri as well, what with this 'we' talk. He had planned on going initially, so it was a non-issue, but somewhat presumptuous of the man to assume someone will simply go along with things without question.

    ...

The vegetable patches felt more like a graveyard than anything- Plots of land dedicated to each vegetable, spirits sporadically rising outward or slinking into the ground, and the unnatural downcast feeling in the air just reminiscent as a place of death. Yet, at the same time, the possessed greenery loitered like children, prancing around as if it were something more akin to a park. Foolish vegetables, it was neither of those things.

"Jus's uppa- aw sam hill, it's that dang 'ol farmer Brown playin' by the grave again!" The angry farmer stomped ahead, cursing expletives at the dopey farmer meandering around. It was at this point the duo could get a better look at the tomb- ancient-looking stone shot out of the ground a few feet into the air, the ground in front of it submerged, seemingly having been un-dug several feet. A wide opening could be clearly seen, reaching further downward into the ground. In front of it, a cock-eyed farmer, mostly un-notable other than his arms drenched in brown in a color similar to the soil below him, clenching a shovel in both palms and steadily scooping dirt out from the hole.

"Well, it looks like our culprit is more of an idiot than first thought!" Rika laughed towards Kalvar, trailing behind the furious farmhand pounding his way toward farmer Brown.

Kalvar was admittedly a bit confused upon seeing Farmer Brown up close. The man was, well, seemingly insane. In spite of the chaos caused by his digging and excavating, he continued to dig so much that his very arms were seemingly caked in so much soil he had a hard time imagining them ever washing off. As Rika laughed, he chuckled softly as well, but not nearly as eagerly. Perhaps Farmer Brown was somehow possessed himself? That would explain why he continued to dig when any sane man would have stopped.

Eventually, however, it was clear by everyone's standards that Farmer Brown was not exactly a sane man. His eyes were crooked, teeth bent entirely out of shape and his hair was sticking in almost every direction but down, singing a ditty to himself as he continued to dig. Kalvar simply stared, not entirely sure how to react in general. The farmhand simply motioned towards the man, almost as if he was entirely exasperated with his antics.

It was a few seconds later before Farmer Brown turned around, smiling as wide as he possibly could. "Yeeeeeeeeees?" He spoke, seemingly none the wiser. His tongue sticking out between his teeth even as he spoke, an audible lisp? "Y'all takin' a gab at mah digging? Lookie here! Gon' make meself a fortune, I is!" He seemingly believed exactly what he was saying, wide eyed with apparent glee.

Without a moment's hesitation, Fairy of the Winds spoke out loud. A soft, echoey voice that was quite loud enough for anyone to hear. "Master. I suggest we simply bypass this farmer. Danger lurks inside the grave. The more we are delayed, the more chaos can erupt."

Kalvar simply nodded his head in response. Wind Fairy was right, after all. The man might have become deluded by the site of the old architecture, somehow believing that this discovery could bring him a fortune. Kalvar just simply began to walk past, his boots crunching on the recently dug up dirt as he proceeded. Of course, Farmer Brown was not happy.

"What'chu talkin' 'bout? It's mah dig. Ain't none of y'all gettin' ta steal mah goods!" He took up his shovel, seemingly ready to fight pretty much everyone there. The original farmhand took one look, sighed angrily and began to argue quite fervently. They just continued to get louder and louder, accents eventually impossible to easily understand the faster they talked.

Kalvar just slowly rolled his eyes, motioning for the strange Kokiri fellow, Rika, to join him as he walked around Farmer Brown entirely, now too preoccupied with his argument. He didn't know much about them, but considering they were armed and tagged along, he felt confident assuming they at least knew how to defend themselves.

Rika could feel his intelligence slipping away little by little, drained as if being in the mere presence of such a fool inflicted some form of a curse of knowledge. Rika had momentarily wanted to interrogate the man, to extract from him what he had supposedly done to bring the spirits to their current wrathful- well, 'wrathful', - state. After laying eyes on farmer Brown, that was no longer the case- it was likely the spirits were simply irritated such a man had chosen to visit their resting grounds. Rika would be, too. If farmer Brown ever found himself in Kokiri Village, the Kokiri would not hesitate for even a moment to turn all available Kokiri, Deku Scrubs, Koroks, Deku Babas- hell, Deku Seeds, you name it, - against the man in an attempt to extradite him from the forest. In a way, he almost felt a bit of sympathy for them.

He was still going to plunder their tomb. The strange, new voice- which Rika pretty easily indicated to be coming from the longbow strapped to Kalvar's back, - was something interesting he would note, but they would have to divorce themselves of the fools before Rika could inquire about it. And so, the duo made their way past the distracted, bickering hillbillies and toward the tomb entrance. A couple steps in- just to where the outside light stretching inward met darkness, - and Rika could tell this had been only recently uncovered.

The fresh, countryside air gently floating in aggressively slashed against and tore into the thick, heavy, rotten stench pervading from further within, fighting for dominance in the immediate area- it would not last as they went further in, Rika was unfortunately sure of. Nonetheless, the blackness of the tomb was an issue that was simple to alleviate. With a snap of his fingers, a flickering orb of purple flames swirled into being just where his fingertips had connected, casting a dim light over their surrounding- and notably, narrow, - area. This gave a good look into the aged, molding stone their wide shadows fought to mask, the earthen material used notably of a different make than what built any nearby structures that could be seen in the immediate area outside of the tomb- something even an untrained eye could take notice of.

Without hesitation, Rika began making his way forward- a narrow hallway of sorts, with the ground sloped downward and leading them further underground, presumably into the buried tomb. Though Rika had drawn his scythe, the Kokiri figured now was the opportune moment to inquire about the mysterious voice.

"That voice earlier, I presume that to be the longbow. A magical weapon capable of speech is rare, impressive- but is it merely a decoration piece, or are you capable with its use?" Rika questioned, though his capability was not exactly relevant. If the tombs continued like this, his skill would be irrelevant- either things would be too dark or narrow to hit, or there would be such a slim area to fire in even a novice could land their mark. Truthfully, there was another reason it did not matter- Rika was no stranger to dealing with fool adventurers who's tools could be substituted with silverware to same effect. He was perfectly prepared to handle any situation on his own, it was just important to know if he would have to worry about being shot from behind as well.

    --

The dark caves were the worst for Wollo- the monsters always seemed bigger and scarier on the walls, especially when he couldn't even tell what they were. At least Rika was in front, so any big bad monsters would go down before they could get to the back. . . What if a big monster entered from the front and came down, attacking them from behind? Oh no. Wollo would be proceeding precariously today.

Kalvar hated tombs. More accurately, he hated the smell of death that filled every single nook and cranny of the entire place. Rotting corpses and stale air untouched for who knows how long. Centuries, perhaps. He took a single glance at his seemingly new ally to watch him somehow light the very air on fire, as well as follow him. An impressive sight, he had to admit. Interesting, Kalvar thought to himself. Either he was a mage, or knew at least a little bit of magic. He supposed he might as well learn eventually, so he didn't give it too much thought.

Sliding his bow off his back, he was just about to let the Glow Iron bands light up to illuminate their path when he heard Rika speak, mentioning his bow itself. "A bow without use would be like creating a sword and never using it, Mr. Rika. A sad shelf life." Fairy of the Winds replied herself, the slightly echoey voice filling the narrow pathway they walked down. "I would object to being called just a decoration piece, for I am the Fairy of the Winds. "

Kalvar chuckled softly, holding the sentient object in his hands gently as the bands finally lit up with an intense brightness, to hopefully push back at the pervading darkness inside this Goddess-forsaken tomb. "My talents lie in archery. They are my weapon and constant travel companion... I'm sure you can understand interesting companions, huh?" He simply glanced at Wollo, a soft smile on his face. The Octorok seemed pleasant at least, which was an interesting surprise compared to most he had ever met. Did this mean any monster could be tamed with enough heart?

Suddenly, all natural light from outside ceased entirely as the door to the tomb was quite unceremoniously slammed shut. Some audible laughter could be heard, clearly Farmer Brown thinking he was outsmarting them by locking them inside. Kalvar simply rolled his eyes. A stone door was nothing that couldn't be blown apart at the end of they really needed to. For now, however, he simply kept trailing downwards, arrow at the ready just in case something did eventually reveal themselves in the middle of the darkness.

The long corridor eventually opened itself up wider for just enough room to have graves on all sides of the walls. Bodies barely covered in stone caskets lined the walls from top to bottom, as if they were stacked in here with the intent to fill the tomb as full as possible. However, it wouldn't take much examination to realize the graves were actually quite small in size, with no possible way a full grown Hylian could fit inside unless their bodies had been curled into a ball.

Curious, Kalvar spoke up. "I've never seen such small graves... Children, perhaps? That might explain the more playful spirits that escaped and sowed chaos amongst the farm." That being said, his smile slowly faded at the sight of just how many small stone caskets existed. The hallway of small caskets just continued on for an incredibly long time that it was even making Kalvar nervous.

Up ahead, the hallway seemed to widen even more into an actual room, but unfortunately, it was just too far enough to be seen in close detail. However, that was the least of their concerns. Wollo was right to be concerned about an attack from behind, as a large, ghostly hand with razor sharp nails began to ascend from the very ground, directly behind them.

A bow as his traveling companion? How lonely was this kid? Not that Rika could criticize someone on their choice of friends- but he would anyway. He supposed it was fine- the bow seemed well enough. Respectful and aware of Rika’s abilities, and extremely cool to boot. Rika was a fan. Perhaps it made sense why it was his friend.

Still, though, what was this place? “Perhaps a child mausoleum?” Rika questioned aloud. It was possible, but not common- why would such an ominously large thing be in a random plot of farm? Shrines and graves sprouted everywhere though, he supposed. What stood out as peculiar to the Kokiri, though, was the state of the corpses. Hylians, they tended to value the lives- and therefore, the deaths, - of their children. Would such a seemingly haphazardly thrown together grave really exist? One where it was overflowing with corpses, with such a lack of space they were practically piled on top one another?

“I wonder. . . Ah, by the way, let me-“ Rika’s speech was cut short as he heard the all-too-familiar wisp of spectral life. His body spun and his palm extended, his voice echoing, “Move!” He had no way of knowing if Kalvar was in the way, but he was not about to miss due to the Hylian. In the same motion, a flicker of purple, smoke-like wisp swirled out of the ground, the shape of a claw contorted and outreached, its form flying forward aimlessly at the trio. A sparkling blast of flame rocketed from Rika’s outstretched palm, tearing into the wisp and crashing into a nearby tomb shortly behind it. Its form broke apart, a gentle cry releasing from its direction as its body dissipated like steam. Just as it vanished, though, that familiar, chill-inducing cry echoed throughout the room, and three purple wisps lunged towards the duo, while one rose from the ground below Kalvar’s feet to slash at him from below.

The very moment Kalvar heard Rika shout, he was already dodging with a quick leap forwards. He saw nothing strange in front of him, which meant that whatever was going to harm them surely was coming from behind. Rolling across the ground, he turned around just in time to watch Rika blast some sort of spirit apart with a flame that poured out of his very palm. Magic for sure, there was no doubt about it anymore. Regardless, he was not going to sit there and watch idly as his traveling companion fought using his magic.

An arrow already pressing against his bow, Kalvar barely had the time to react as he heard the ear-piercing cry, letting a glowing arrow fly straight towards one of the many wisps heading in their direction. The arrow alone didn't seem to damage the ghostly apparition very much, but the resulting burst of wind when the arrow struck the wall behind it surely seemed to make it's ethereal form harder to control.

He didn't even notice the wisp beneath his feet until Wind Fairy herself spoke out loud, being able to see in all directions made it easy for her to warn him. "Master! Your feet!" She cried out, trying to get his attention.

Kalvar leaped to the side once more, but not fast enough to completely dodge the claws that dug into his armor, piercing through and stabbing at his flesh ever so briefly. For once, he was actually glad he was wearing boots. "These spirits can come from the walls or the floor. Be wary, Master Kalvar and Mister Rika." Wind Fairy once again spoke out loud, her wind gems glowing with every word spoken.

As far as he could tell, Kalvar had no idea how much effect physical based combat would work on these ghostly beings. Still, he couldn't just stand there and accept defeat. Once again launching another arrow right at the ground where he previously was standing, the burst of wind once again seemed to swirl and tear apart the spirit's form. At least that worked.

Just as Kalvar leaped forwards, Rika glided back- not just to dodge the oncoming assault, but also to create distance between the two. With Rika's wide swipes and Kalvar's arrows, it was better for the two of them if they were not side by side.

Rika could feel the tinge of blood draw from his arm- a wisp had clawed its way behind him for a surprise attack. Immediately on reaction, Rika's arm began shimmering a bright blue, and he swung backwards. Yet, the arm simply flew through the spectral ghost to no harm of its figure- to no eruption of the enchantment, either. No contact, no ignition, it seemed. The arm's swing itself was ineffective against them, as well. Hastily swinging downward, Rika's arm slammed into the stoned floor, sending an eruption of ice exploding outward into a wisp zooming toward his direction and dissipating it completely.

Tch, nuisances, they were. They posed little actual threat to the duo, instead serving to wear them down through small cuts and tedium- perhaps they would become bored to death. "Fine, then come here!" Rika shouted, extending his scythe and locking into position. As if on cue by his taunt, three wisps charged at the Kokiri- one from the ceiling, another from the ground, and a third from behind. Surely an angled attack would work, they assumed?

However, the Kokiri did not swing at any one in particular. Instead, he spun- and waves of magical energy emanated in an aura from his body, tearing apart the figures of all three wisps in one motion. The spin finished, and all was well- except, Rika spun directly next to the ice he had created, and his foot stepped on it causing him to slip and crash into the ground. That would have been embarrassing if he cared if anyone around him saw.
