He doesn't like the way it weighs him down when underwater. He is usually see in a pair of shorts and sandals, neither of which hamper his ability to swim. The only other piece of clothing would be the harness for his spear. His weapons include two small daggers kept on the small of his back, as well as a spear that he carries on his back in a leather harness. Appearance: Born between the union of a female River Zora of Moruge Swamp and a male Sea Zora from the Eastern Sea, Hanno has naturally dark colored scales. These dark scales of him helped him hide in the depths of the ocean, often allowing him to strike without having been previously seen. The pressure of the water also caused his body to have harden more than the Sea Zora of Zora's Domain or the River Zora of Moruge Swamp. Hanno's face is similar to that of a Hylian, except for the fins hanging at the sides of his face. Personality: Growing up rejected by the society that he lived in has left Hanno craving acceptance. He is a very kind and lonely person that never had a friend growing up because of what his mother was. He was forced to fight alongside those that hated him, and left with no one to watch his back in battle no matter how many times he may have helped any of those he fought alongside of. This only left him wanting to be accepted even more. To add to his loneliness is the fact that Hanno himself is unable to have children of his own due to his own unique birth. So he will never know the joy that comes from having a family. Once he left the only world he had ever known his sadness was alleviated slightly. Not having the disapproving eyes staring at him all day was a refreshing change, but he still found himself to be rather lonely. It wasn't long before he found the acceptance he always strove for in the Hylian Village Impa. There he made friends with the local fisherman, although he fished with a spear not a pole, and earned a living like that. Having grown accustomed to life on the surface, and adjusted to the kindness shown to him, Hanno set out. He wanted to adventure and longed to make friends with which he could adventure and help with his healing magics. Background: Born between the union of a female River Zora of Moruge Swamp and a male Sea Zora from the Eastern Sea, Hanno's birth was a rare enough feat. Although he was born in a peaceful time before Ganon's invasion, he was not born in a peaceful area. His mother had left her home and began living in the Eastern Sea with her husband. It was here that Hanno was raised, his River Zora heritage mostly shunned. He wasn't accepted, but was taught to fight due to the need for as many skilled warriors as possible to protect their home from Octorobs and other oceanic monsters. While Hanno held a decent skill with his spear, he found that he was more skilled with magic. While it would have been natural for him to learn offensive magic to better protect his home, he instead focused on healing magics in an attempt to gain some form of respect from the Sea Zora around him. To his dismay even after having saved the their life, or the life of someone they cared for, Hanno was never accepted. Unable to bear the looks of disapproval of those around him any longer Hanno left home at the age of eighteen. It had been eight years since Ganon had invaded Southern Hyrule, but the war was already stagnant by time Hanno started his life on the surface. During his travels Hanno found himself welcomed in most towns, at least once he started wearing clothing. The only time he found he had problems was when there were Sea Zora in the town he stopped by. His scale color clearly showed that he was of River Zora descent, but Hylians and Gorons weren't bother by that fact once they learned that he wasn't as violent as his River brothers. During his travels Hanno picked up both an adventure pouch and bottomless bottle from a merchant in Hyrule Castle Town. During his seven years on the surface, he has adapted to the gravity and the limited range of movement he can do as compared to underwater.
