Transforms the afflicted into a horrific abomination, the exact nature of their transformation varying. Any loss or gain of abilities depends on the transformation in question, but generally the curse has no direct effect on the mind and focuses on warping and disfiguring the body to resemble that of a monster. Example: The Spider Curse/Curse of Greed afflicted onto the family in Ocarina of Time and the Mask of Truth guy in Majora's Mask. They are transformed to resemble Skulltulas, but are misshapen and still retain their minds and ability to speak. They gain the ability to hang from threads of webbing, but it's unknown if they can make much if any use of their mismatched spider-like limbs and retain a very warped and claw-like arm on one side. This particular curse is undone by collecting Golden Skulltula Tokens. Potentially some effects of a desired Curse of Monstrous Form can be obtained through the purchase of other treasures, such as Third Eyes, Wall Crawling, or Tentacles, and simply fluffed as being the result of the curse progressing.
