Promotion Notification Thread

Since one of my tasks is to keep track of the census, I need a simple and efficient way to keep the overview on what characters are promoting. That is what this thread is for- when your character promotes from a first tier to a second tier, please post in here with:
1). The name of your character
2). The first tier (s)he is promoting from
3). The second tier (s)he is promoting to.

In the case of a second tier that has to choose its secondary weapon, you will not have to tell us which weapon they're going to use.
